When you divide chest measurement which one is used, actual chest measurement or the one with ease?

I normally use the chest measurement without ease, but sometimes, if the ease is not that big, it doesn't really matter.

Depending on the button you use. But mostly 3/4" extension would be good for blazers or jackets. 1.5" overlap.
