I bought my '96 Impala SS new and I still have it. I'm retired now so it sits in my garage as a garage queen. I have no plans of selling it.
Do you drive it often?
@@qmusclecars About once a week I use it to pick-up my grandkids at their bus stop. My other car is a 2003 C5 Corvette so I can't pick them up in that car. The battery in the Impala tends to run down if I don't drive it at least once a week.
Thank you, I hope you continue to watch my videos.@@GregSr

Watching this video gets my heart pumping! I love seeing classic muscle cars pushed to their limits.
So glad you enjoy our muscle car videos.
I had two of them from this list. A 1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with a 350 V8. The car was powerful enough for me, besides it's illegal to race on city streets. My second one was a 1969 Chrysler 300 convertible with a 440 V8. That was also a nice car and fast enough for me. Loved them both. Wish I still had them.
Why don't you buy it back?
@@qmusclecars - I have two classics now. A 1965 Cadillac DeVille Conv. and a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme 2Dr Coupe. No space for a third car.
Yes, great. @@georl1

Your loyalty inspires me, hope this day is great!
I love my 65 Pontiac Custom Sport Parisienne (2+2) . The Canadian sister to the Catalina . Dark blue teal with ivory and black interior . The prettiest Domestic car of the 1960s . In this day and age the 327 4bbl is plenty enough for cruising . I'm off to the White Spot drive-in . See ya up the road .
Grateful for your support, wishing you a feel good day!

A person i met had a friend with a 2+2 Tri power 421. He took me for a ride. When he nailed it you could not move your self in the seat. Because of the great torque.
Does he still have that car?
I bought a 1991 Ford T-Bird SC 5 spd white with red interior. I loved that car. It was relatively fast for its time. I loved the SC whine along with the 5 speed.
Thank you. Maybe I'll make videos about the engine sounds of muscle cars.
I still have my 1971 Chevy Nova. Not stock at all. Put a built 350 engine, Muncie 4 speed transmission, possi traction. Yes its fast and fun. Turns heads every where
Yes, great.
My father is a GM man. He had a ‘68 lemans sport, ‘71 & 77 Grand Prix, ‘77 Seville and at 87 years old still has his ‘88 Monte Carlo SS. I wish I had his ‘68 lemans or ‘71 Grand Prix. Tesla uses the Grand Prix door handle design now which currently is flush to the body.
Are you still driving the 88 Monte Carlo SS?
@@qmusclecars My father drives it occasionally. I know he’s going to leave it to me whenever that time comes.
Does the sound of its engine excite you?@@davidhalley9795
While talking Impala sales and optional 409 for that fist year of SS package, viewers were looking at a '66 model on the screen and not the '61 which is the car I believe you were talking about. The internet is full of the exact photos you need, it's just a matter of taking the time to look and find them. That said, you still got my thumbs up.
Well thank you very much.
Seeing the vintage muscle cars is so awesome! Love this video.
We appreciate you taking time out of your day for us.

I had a 67 Buick Electra 225 with a 454 under the hood. Sawdust snow tires were available back then. On an ice-free night, I could light them up at takeoff.
How often do you use that car?
I sold it about 40 year ago after I got out of college. @@qmusclecars

Thank you. Which car do you like the most?
I remember saving up to buy my dream car - a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner muscle car with a 383 under the hood.
Glad you caught this episode, start today joyfully!
The 66 Marauder S-55 with the 428 and 4 speed and it only needed a set of CJ or better a set of Edelbrock s and an RPM intake, those mid 60s S-55s were really fun. Crites even made great headers for them. 500 hp was easily in reach. And the 7 liter was the same way. 66 was a 428. That easily makes 500 hp.
Thanks for your information. Hope you continue to watch my videos.
Can you imagine having a Dodge Demon or Plymouth Fury back in 1970? Youd rule the streets!
