I mean, it's difficult to depict consistently, because the original was probably made to run at less than 30 fps, and this is upscaled/interlaced to 60 fps, so in this version it would have to be visible for 12 frames, and it isn't. But that the animators thought of this at all is really cool!

How is no one talking about how great tbe soundtrack is to this scene!? The hyper drums mixed with irregular intervals of piano notes played seemigly randomly is such a good reflextion on Gojos mind during the domain exansion. The stress, the gamble, the soundtrack reflects that instrad of the increadable feat Gojo pulled off. This paired with the narrator speaking calmly and logically that contrast the stressed Gojo acting on a gut feeling and how Gojo is out of breath after, showing he used 110%, makes this such a great scene. Easily my favorite if the season.
I love how, even being the literal god in Jujutsu Kaisen, he still was out of breath in the end. Shows how, for every gift he was given at birth, he also had a human flaw. He basically did HIIT for nearly five minutes straight, and was still on his feet. The GOAT

Tbh I really love this scene 0:57 , it makes gojo satoru a really interesting character who actually isn't the kind of character he portrays to anyone outside, thats why he mostly fights alone its only here where he expresses his true self as someone who has an indifference to human life but who secretly is scared of people viewing him as immoral, because of geto. Honestly really a complex character.
I love how the whole point of surrounding him with humans and transfigured humans and cursed spirit was to force his brain to keep thinking intensively for 1 min so that Prison Realm would activate because they expected him to be unsure of what to do and struggle to find a solution. Then they saw him instinctively decide to use Domain Expansion anyway and were like "WAIT WTF"

The new artstyle is easier on the eyes and allows for smoother animation. The animation for season 2 is more consistent while also leaving room for more experimental styles. the fact that the regular and transfigured humans were unconscious for 2 months and the special grade curses were only stunned for 7 to 10 minutes just shows how strong the curses actually are, the only reason they seem weak is cause they’re up against gojo.

Running around desperate to take down every transfigured human to give the civilians the best chance to survive. Gojo was fully aware of how likely he was to fail but went for the best chance he could give the people to survive. The man is truly superhuman.

When first watching this clip I was like "how the hell is he killing all those spirits in two tenths of a second", and then the narration reached "299 seconds" and I was like holy shit, Infinite Void really does just shut the brain all the way down.

Sukuna was hit with Infinite Void for less than ten seconds. Even though he made Megumi's soul bear the full burden, it still left Sukuna with enough brain damage to be unable to use Domain Expansion. Infinite Void is ridiculously OP.
You got it all wrong, he made megumi bear the full burden of mahoraga's adaptation because sukuna specifically turned off his sure hit effect on megumi's soul so that unlimited void would target megumi's soul in order for mahoraga to adapt during their domain clash. However, when gojo was able to activate his domain 0.1 second earlier than sukuna, sukuna was hit by UV and his domain getting destroyed easily due to not being able to respond to gojo's attacks. He was hit by UV for less than 10 seconds and it made him unable to activate his domain again. Sukuna still took the full effect of UV in those less than 10 seconds
Crazy to think that Gojo could basically just flashbang anyone he wants to by using an ultra-fast domain expansion then immediately cancelling it. Would barely use any CE and he could take his time murdering anyone and everyone.
I think the barrier to entry for Activating domain expansion at all is pretty high, its mentioned in the manga that most sorcerors dont even have enough CE to use it at all and while Gojo can use it multiple times a day he can’t spam it infinitely. So i think its implied that the CE use isn’t linearly scaled to the amount of time the domain is active for

I like this approach that they took with the narrator, usually it would be the characters inner monologue trying to explain what is happening. Obviously perfect writing would be if we just understood what is happening but I feel like with this show it's not really possible because it's thing is kinda pulling plot twists out of its ass in an entertaining way.

0.2 was done based on a time that HE BELIEVED non sorcerers could persist in, why would he flex his control over the domain on a literal guess that could possibly kill everyone as a result of the barrier?? gojo is NOT the type of person to kill innocent people for his own gain, plus i think it was pretty obvious he's fighting seriously here in an attempt to exorcise the curses without causing the deaths of innocent people

The song in the background while gojo is thinking 1:10 really displays the tug of war in his mind.. this moment shows us how gojo really never is definitive in his choices and why I enjoy his character but its also probably his only weakness..

Over here they hinged him using civilians, in season 1 they used a barrier exclusively preventing him, then they had to use prison realm to seal him and with Sukana he literally had to use a cheat code against him to by pass limitless. I absolutely love how when the domain expansion first starts, it cuts to the camera passing through everyone at extreme speed with that rushing sound effect and a dark overlay. Before the jazz cuts in and we see gojo, I was convinced that we were seeing the domain expansion crushing everyone.
For those asking ,the domain expansion was too short, if he attacked the strong curses they would have wake up by instinct and cause massive casualties.

It really is crazy how the whole point of them attacking Shibuya was to trap Gojo in an environment where he can’t use his DE, but he still found a way to use it. Although Mahito, Jogo, and Choso couldn’t see this happening, I think Kenjaku most likely saw it coming. Considering how he’ll set up environments to test the capabilities around him in order to further his personal goal.
I love how at the start of the season (and in the past) we see Gojo complaining about protecting “the weak”. Now we see him risk everything to save innocents - really great growth as a character

I love scenes like this. Where a character is in deep thought over something and an inner monologue begins in the midst of absolute chaos. Their wind blowing. Calm, tranquil yet tense music in the background, along with people getting slaughtered. I love it. (This scene in particular has some AMAZING music for this scene)

However from the start of the show the best sorcerer isn't always the strongest. While Gojo is better than sukuna in those categories, sukuna definitely has the edge in battle IQ, and yeah while he needed to 3v1 gojo to win, we can't deny that he played ts super smart. The way i see it, gojo has and always will be the strongest, i think sukuna just a better sorcerer from the edge he has in time experience.

The chaos the curses made before the domain expansion, how they tried to confuse gojo, for them to be scared af when he activated it was just beautiful, along with the OST and when Mahito and Choso use part of their techniques at the same time, chills every fucking time, an all time episode fr fr.

A very simple thing but that i do find very interesting is that the explanation to what's happening right now is being narrated rather than it being Gojo's thoughts on what he's doing sinse Gojo really does not have time to think, he just has time to act
The strength scale is amazing in jjk. Goji mops the floor against all the curses by himself showing how strong he is while a couple of episodes later itadori struggles and even loses against one. It just shows the gap of strength and how everything is thought out perfectly.
This fight was soo chaotic and the combo attack from the spirit made my jaw drop Fantastic show, and I can only hope the animation studios keep up their amazing work
I loved the part where they tell the viewer if Gogo does a "thing" it would do "this" and then Gogo does the "Thing" but does it in the most perfect way that "this" didn't happen. Very cool Gogo I didn't know you could do that thing that knowone knew you could do.

I think Gojo is the perfect OP character. He possesses incredible power to the point that the villains call him a monster. How is no one talking about how great tbe soundtrack is to this scene!? The hyper drums mixed with irregular intervals of piano notes played seemigly randomly is such a good reflextion on Gojos mind during the domain exansion. The stress, the gamble, the soundtrack reflects that instrad of the increadable feat Gojo pulled off. This paired with the narrator speaking calmly and logically that contrast the stressed Gojo acting on a gut feeling and how Gojo is out of breath after, showing he used 110%, makes this such a great scene. Easily my favorite if the season.

The Prison Realm gate was not opened yet. That was when the one minute in Gojo's mind came into play. This was just a matter of buying time.

You got it all wrong, he made megumi bear the full burden of mahoraga's adaptation because sukuna specifically turned off his sure hit effect on megumi's soul so that unlimited void would target megumi's soul in order for mahoraga to adapt during their domain clash. However, when gojo was able to activate his domain 0.1 second earlier than sukuna, sukuna was hit by UV and his domain getting destroyed easily due to not being able to respond to gojo's attacks. He was hit by UV for less than 10 seconds and it made him unable to activate his domain again. Sukuna still took the full effect of UV in those less than 10 seconds
Crazy to think that Gojo could basically just flashbang anyone he wants to by using an ultra-fast domain expansion then immediately cancelling it. Would barely use any CE and he could take his time murdering anyone and everyone.
I think the barrier to entry for Activating domain expansion at all is pretty high, its mentioned in the manga that most sorcerors dont even have enough CE to use it at all and while Gojo can use it multiple times a day he can’t spam it infinitely. So i think its implied that the CE use isn’t linearly scaled to the amount of time the domain is active for

I like this approach that they took with the narrator, usually it would be the characters inner monologue trying to explain what is happening. Obviously perfect writing would be if we just understood what is happening but I feel like with this show it's not really possible because it's thing is kinda pulling plot twists out of its ass in an entertaining way.

It really is crazy how the whole point of them attacking Shibuya was to trap Gojo in an environment where he can’t use his DE, but he still found a way to use it. Although Mahito, Jogo, and Choso couldn’t see this happening, I think Kenjaku most likely saw it coming. Considering how he’ll set up environments to test the capabilities around him in order to further his personal goal.

I love scenes like this. Where a character is in deep thought over something and an inner monologue begins in the midst of absolute chaos. Their wind blowing. Calm, tranquil yet tense music in the background, along with people getting slaughtered. I love it. (This scene in particular has some AMAZING music for this scene)

However from the start of the show the best sorcerer isn't always the strongest. While Gojo is better than sukuna in those categories, sukuna definitely has the edge in battle IQ, and yeah while he needed to 3v1 gojo to win, we can't deny that he played ts super smart. The way i see it, gojo has and always will be the strongest, i think sukuna just a better sorcerer from the edge he has in time experience.

@@raoufber7307the narrator said there was a chance that the disaster curses might wake up as soon as he touches them. So he eliminated the transfigured humans first, he would've killed the disaster curses after catching his breath anyways but unfortunately kenjaku showed up.

The strength scale is amazing in jjk. Goji mops the floor against all the curses by himself showing how strong he is while a couple of episodes later itadori struggles and even loses against one. It just shows the gap of strength and how everything is thought out perfectly.

Only he can make a story about his characters canon because only Gege understands Gojo and his history as a character. He is literally the reason why you love Gojo Satoru. I think Gojo is the perfect OP character. He possesses incredible power to the point that the villains call him a monster. If you watched his fights without knowing anything about JJK you'd be unable to tell who is the real bad guy in the fight. His viewpoint of the world is completely different not only from the regular humans but the sorcerers as well.
