Over load Relay (OLR) Trip problem findout =
1.check motor coil insulation test by mugger(100mega ohm)- (body-coil-100mega ohm)and motor coil(hear motor star connection, show u-v,v-w,use is zero mega ohm)
2.multimeter use coil resistance (ohm)
u-v-5ohm,u-w-5ohm,u-w-5ohm -same resistance -good coil, if not same motor coil problem (new coil need)
3.check free run any jam or noise
4. check motor supply voltage (RY,YB,RB )
5.check contractor supply voltage(if chattering)
6.if problem check direct connect mcb or contactor (olr connection open)
