I have never been to Serbia. But the videos make me want to eat Serbian street food. Living in Columbus, Ohio USA my only times to find ethnic foods are at social barbeques and one annual festival. I like Serbian foods and I want to bring my game to the table. I want to call my food "Serbian and American Fusion." I believe if I can make the bread then I can can call is Serbian Fusion. In my mind, making the bread myself is very important to justify my description of my food. American breads do not serve the same form factor. I believe if I can make the sandwiches hold the shape of Serbian street foods then I can use common ingredients in America to mimic Serbian styles. I like the large sanwich that is too big to eat in one sitting. I like how the uneaten portion can be re-wrapped and placed in your pocket for convenient bites throughout the day. My intended goal is to make such a large sandwich that will serve this purpose. I need help to know more about the condiments offered in the video. Can anybody give me ideas what I am seeing in the video?
The featured meat in my sandwich is ham. I cut out all fat and gristle. It is small pieces of lean that I fry nearly crispy with a secret method. I want my food to have moderate chili pepper spice but I will also try other peppers. The ham comes out very flavorful and mouthwatering but then for a minute you taste a reminder that chili pepper was use to prepare the meat. It does not get too hot. It lingers for a minute after you eat. I think it makes nobody cry and it makes nobody's noses runny. It is a spicy like how you can still taste chocolate for a minute after you eat a piece. Any compliments that can be suggested? What would a Serbian use to build a sandwich around those small pieces of meat? I think mozzarella cheese, diced onion, cream cheese and buttered inside of the bread.
Bäh - ECKLIG: der Typ matscht ohne Handschuhe im Hackfleisch (!) rum und formt die Burger mit bloßen Händen! Pfui! Und natürlich absolut KEIN Spuckschutz ... 🤢🤮🥵
