Serbian meat is just unbelievable, I traveled to 40 different countries and not a single of them had a meat of same taste. The locals say it's because of coal and secret ingredients but as someone who's been a professional chief for most of my life I can tell you this, that meat you get for 3$ there is of same quality as meat served in most prestigeous restaurants over the world, exceptionally dried meat and cheese. Also Serbia has 100 of different white cheeses (not feta) as well as high quality wine can't wait to get back there.
After Belgrade, Chicago is the biggest "Serbian" city in he world. Hundreds of thousands of Serbs live there. I'm sure there are Serbian grill and barbecue places.
