can you do a deep dive on arpeggiator and how to get good sounds out of it?

New subscriber and new user of lite, really enjoying your tutorials. As a lite user obviously I have tight track limitations, can I use what you've shown to get around that until I achieve the desired result or do I plan ahead and use this method first, then consolidate to a single track before adding other midi/audio tracks? Can't test right now because I'm having a Friday night beer and I don't trust myself not to delete my OS through some briefly amusing lapse of judgement. Or is this the bit when I find out you can't do this on lite lol

I think comping might not be available in Lite, but it is available in Intro. I think you can get intro for a fairly steep discount as an upgrade from Lite though! :)
And yes, you should be able to use this method to "demo" clips on a track!

@@matttinklermusic thank you for the rapid response, you really deserve more subs. I made stuff for a while on other DAWs working with a very underpowered laptop and working around limitations, so I think I can plan ahead for now to give this a go. Limitations are (sometimes) bizarrely a good thing. Been looking at upgrade prices and think standard is a better value choice than intro despite the (extra) pain when I'm ready. You're selling this product very well, Ableton should be very impressed. Saving my pennies!

@@danderson8463 If you can afford it then Standard is going to be worlds better than Intro and Lite! Definitely worth saving up.
Thank you so much! If there's anything you'd like to see a video on in the future, please don't hesitate to let me know! :)

@martlin I have this question pleas ,I’ve seen people freezing a track they dragging out the consolidated version and I don’t know how it was done ,please help me out if you understand what I mean

For sure! All you need to do is right click on the place where the track name is in the arrangement view, then click on the "freeze track" option. This will effectively render the entire track to audio, effects included, whilst allowing you to then unfreeze if you want to go back and edit. Once you've frozen a track, you can either flatten it by doing the same, which will turn that track into an audio track with the rendered audio file on it, or you can click and drag the clips on that track to a new audio track, and that will add the rendered files as clips to that track. :)
