For the SPUD pouch, try out Tracer Tactical's viper kits so you can have the option on not using the velcro enclosure to prevent fraying. The kit closes using tegris tabs and has mounting points for shockcord.
Check out the DAA Max holster for that USPSA belt. I have it on that same T1000 hanger and it doesn't get any better. I previously had a nice GX Holster and after seeing a few guys with the DAA Max I decided to give it a try. The DAA Max also works with all of my double stack glocks too, G19, G34, G47. Holster Perfection.
I found your video. I have a 6360RDS-832 and don’t have the same female screw locations you do. It didn’t come with the plastic piece you mentioned. Which holster model do you have?
Maybe you will be the first tuber that i can convince to try out the attackpak alpha belt and pack system. All the reviews are years old before they updated their stuff but love the concept for a hiking belt. I am curious if their alice compatible frame sheet would work with a crossfire pack but their packs also look nice, just too expensive to just buy without more review coverage
How does that Shepard compare to the JSTA? I've been looking for a 2xAR mag+GP pouch and while I like my JSTA I think a zipper might be the way to go. Midwest Armor also has something comparable as well as a 1AR mag+GP version.
I have the Midwest armor one and dont like it. Some fraying threads. Not quite deep enough to take a Hayley m4 kydex insert - works but not fully seated, and the top of the pouch rides higher than the mag opening so it is mid mag retention but leaves only a bit of mag sticking out for draw, kinda the worst of both worlds compared to the jsta where the opening for the mags is flush with the top of the flap. Hope that helps.
Where do you keep your NODs on your kit? Ive been keeping mine on my battle belt for years but its heavy and pulls my belt down. I don't wanna keep it on my Plate carrier because mounting the NODs pouch towards the front of the carrier interferes with either my pistol draw or reloads from belt, if I keep it towards the back of the carrier ( on the cummerbund) I have to rely on someone getting them out for me since I can't reach behind myself to get it. I'd rather not carry off body in an assault pack or something like that but I'm running out of Ideas. I'd love some feedback if possible thanks.
What are yall doing to carry water on your belts? On my range belt/battle belt setup I’ve been stowing my water in the Flatline Fiber co mini dump pouch mounted under a mag pouch, but feel like there has to be a better way.
I don't keep water on my belt. I'm 5'9", 155lbs. I don't have a lot of space on my belt, so I stash water in different places. I'll run a bladder system on my back or in my pack, and water bottles in cargo pockets. I don't necessarily drop water bottles in my dump pouch, but it's an option depending on the mission. If I can't depend on resupply, I'm not dropping magazines in a pouch. Good place for water and trash. Hope that makes sense.
Please keep updating these gear videos every year!
Love the PIMP pouch. Only issue I've ever had was losing some Leatherman trauma sheers.
Miss those scissors.
Dang, yeah they are heavier than normal shears

I love tracer. ❤️

I'll take a look, thanks
John our TQ cover will protect it for you either in the TQ case or our holster TQ sleeve
Perfect!
The Safariland holster mod, I tried figuring this out today. Do you have a video on it? Thanks!

Would you compare this with the defense mechanisms mech belt?
@@Jraphaly it's a different belt in my opinion. Apples and oranges
Why did you switch from the Arbor Arms angled pistol pouches?

If it's not on my helmet, I keep it in an assault pack.
Been rocking the guardian warrior solutions smoke wagon for my safariland holster - way better than the high ride ubl
where did you get the foam pieces for the portal?
Their website.
Can we get a better breakdown of the Safariland 6390 mods? Perhaps some close ups? Thanks.

any reason you moved away from the chlk belt?
No specific one. Just like the BA one more
Where did you get the magnet and how do you attach to your belt?
I believe it's the double Alpha branded one and it has its own mount.
