The highs can be very strong but they are extremely revealing, especially for a first time IEM and BA. Ordered up a pair of KS2 as I usually like a bit more bass in ratio, but they are really flat and noting really pops out on them like some sounds would on dynamic drivers, they seem more consistent at highs. They expose any and all background hum, record pops and maybe things the artist never intended or heard themselves. At low levels they are really good, but beware they also run louder than any 16ohm headphone or any headphone I've ever owned. No distortion at the levels I can handle. Much more revealing than the KRK rokit5's I had
I had KZ ZST X for more than two years now when my sister bought it for me for Christmas, but unfortunately it is time to change earphones because the wire part just broke when my niece played with it. I just got them today and they are s p a r k l y. Details stick out, drums, snares and cymbals have more attack. Bass is rolled off but still cuts enough through the mix. I am hi-sensitive but low volumes do well :>

@@rakshith_4eal Weight your ears with start paining after 1-2 hrs even tho they were perfectly fit for me .I have ordered on Amazon and within 4 days my ears was paining lot due to weight . Among all the iem under 3k bl03 is weight. But sound and build quality is top notch. If u want to test then order on Amazon it cost 2499INR .
Tbh i wish i had gotten the black version since the metal part oxidizes overtime and has little spots appearing everywhere ;-; Soundwise they are still holding up well
I've been using KZ iem's and kinda looking for a replacement to my current ones, after watching this review kinda considering to get ZSN pro X. Currently using ZST pro on the Left ear and ES4 on the right ear.
@@Siddharthswamy18 They're great! A little uncomfortable to wear for long periods, but still excellent value for money and better than anything else I've had other than my old $100 Grado SR80's which were open back so I couldn't wear them at work.

I've heard the original ZSN (non-Pro) has more bass, so if I lost my Pros I'd get non-Pros to replace them, but in the meantime I still like these better than anything else under $100 I've tried.
I am a drummer and want to know which is better for me for sub 50 dollar iem. I want to use for music listening also. Prefer warmth plus detail, which must be sufficient for extensive listening.
i got the first zsn and i must, the improvement definitely noticeable. its more sparkly and detailed, the bass rumble is really satisfying for basshead too

Greeting, I almost bought my first ones IEM, KZ ZSN PRO X and I had no experience with similar headphones before them, I was thrilled to hear them for the first time but also irritated my ears with too loud sound and aggressive high frequencies, but I soon got used to it. I am a musician and I create and playing music, so I have experience with many monitors speakers and headphones of larger format such as AKG K712 PRO, so I generally liked the sound ZSN PRO X. Now it came to me by Friday that I can buy very cheap CCA C12, CCA C10 PRO and KZ ZS10 PRO, and since I don't plan to change those headphones later, I'm interested in which ones are of the highest quality and is there a clear difference between them and mine ZSN PRO X which I already own? I listened to a lot of videos about them and read a lot of reviews and I can say that I am more confused than at the very beginning. Please help me. thanks in advance
Hey Zpolt. I have something to ask, I was able to sell my "zsn pro" cause its worth i quite lot in turkey. And then i bought the "zsn pro x", simply i want to upgreaded cable with mic and it was the only way to get it in this region. I quite love them they works great for me BUT i want have better tips for it. My ear canal actually got bigger with me pushing the iems as far as i could. Cause i like complete seal, So i start with hardly fitting small size to medium then LARGE. But even using large tips after long sessions of using, ear wax made them slippery and make a need for adjustment. 2 More things to note; 1. when i push the iem all to way to my brain they are not positioning nicely to my ear canal they more like hitting wall of my ear. 2. Even tho i like highs and and upper notes, zsn sometimes harsh on there. So there is that. an additional note is; how much cheaper it is that much better on my side. Cause the currency on here is trash and even 5$ is hard to afford since i am student. THANK YOU (btw i watched your tips video if you goingt to link that)
I just bought the ZSN Pro X as my first pair of IEMs after using a pair of Skull Candy earbuds forever. I use them casually (music, Netflix, TH-cam, etc), and I can happily say that the money was VERY well spent. The sound quality of the ZSN Pro X is absolutely incredible. I hugely recommend these if you plan on using them casually.
for all those who've been using it, is it also recommended for using in zoom meetings? is the mic feature okay? as long as it doesn't feedback, its good enough for me

I just got these IEMs and love the sound so far. They sound like nothing I've ever owned and are well worth the money. However, they are really sensitive and can get so loud I'm scared I'll accidentally damage my ears. I have to keep my laptop volume at 4 out of 100. I've heard horror stories of people with IEMs with similar sensitivities to the KZs getting permanent hearing damage from accidental loud sounds. Is there any sort of physical volume limiter or an attachment that can help lower the volume physically rather than via software? Thank you, and more power to you!

Same as me. i already buy kz zsn pro x and currently using it for pubgm. It's satisfying for fps games. Footstep clear as crystal and accurate. It's bright sound signature but less peaky than zsn pro. It's suits me well for listening to vocals, acustic, movies and fps games.

@@soumenshekhardas3183 theres zst (black) and zst pro (purple) [yes the pro variant only has a different colour] originally, it was succeeded by zst x, which is much improved from the predecessors. If u are planning to use the Bluetooth model get the zsn pro or pro x cause it uses the c pin, unlike the b pin in zst x or edx. Generally Kz's more expensive iems use c pin
Hi @zpolt great video! I’m a beginner with iems, I have a pair of kz zst x’s for vocal listening, but I was wondering what would be the best iems for vocal listening at $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. I have the fiio k3 for pairing.
I got my kz zsn pro x today and they sound pretty good BUT: there is a constant disturbing noise (some rustling and cracking) as soon as i turn on music on my phone. If i connect them to my pc it is even worse and it dont stop if i stop the music (like it is on my phone) Is this normal or are my headphones or the cable broken?
I did not experience any rustling and cracking but I did noticed that there was white noise only when plugging into my laptop and not my phone. My cable had faulty connection tho so I just used my stock trn cables and all is well except for the white noise on my laptop.
@@benedict6728 zsn pro x sound signature is bright, clean and aggressive. Vocal more forward, high less peaky & no sibilance, bass is tight & deep. I always use it for watching videos, movies, listening for vocals & acustic. Also use it for fps game like pubgm.

I'd recommend looking at the KZ CRN for a more balanced sound that will be more similar to reference headphones.
Hi ZPOLT... PLEASE Do a detailed Sound Test for Zsn pro x & moondrop Spaceship... I like moondrop better than the Blon Bl03 as it's less Bassy

Get the BLONs with a replacement cable and some good tips and you’ll get probably the best IEMs I’ve heard under $200.

ZS10 PRO is twice the price of ZSN PRO X. But ZS10 PRO is a more balanced IEMs while ZSN PRO X is brighter

Zsn pro x has a tight and deep bass but not punchy as zst x

I have a pair of Kz zs10 pro, does this mean that I should get the ZST out of tese two because the zs10 are already bright and would be a waste?

zst pro x doesnt exist, zst x tends to be generally better than the zst pro though

It also seems that the overall build quality for kz zsn pro is better.The bluetooth module for both are also different so if i have to upgrade to a more expensive iem then i have to buy anew bluetooth cable
@@soumenshekhardas3183 theres zst (black) and zst pro (purple) [yes the pro variant only has a different colour] originally, it was succeeded by zst x, which is much improved from the predecessors. If u are planning to use the Bluetooth model get the zsn pro or pro x cause it uses the c pin, unlike the b pin in zst x or edx. Generally Kz's more expensive iems use c pin

Hi @zpolt great video! I’m a beginner with iems, I have a pair of kz zst x’s for vocal listening, but I was wondering what would be the best iems for vocal listening at $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. I have the fiio k3 for pairing.
For vocal and budget iems listening I'll go for zsn pro x.
I got my kz zsn pro x today and they sound pretty good BUT: there is a constant disturbing noise (some rustling and cracking) as soon as i turn on music on my phone. If i connect them to my pc it is even worse and it dont stop if i stop the music (like it is on my phone) Is this normal or are my headphones or the cable broken?
I did not experience any rustling and cracking but I did noticed that there was white noise only when plugging into my laptop and not my phone. My cable had faulty connection tho so I just used my stock trn cables and all is well except for the white noise on my laptop.
@@rolfleur same with my zsn pro everytime i use it through my laptop. But when i use it on my phone, i dont hear white noise

@@benedict6728 zsn pro x sound signature is bright, clean and aggressive. Vocal more forward, high less peaky & no sibilance, bass is tight & deep. I always use it for watching videos, movies, listening for vocals & acustic. Also use it for fps game like pubgm.
