Season 2 is and will always be my favorite. Surge used to be my favorite brawler, and he is still up there, only reason it's not first is because I left the game for some time and he was reworked a couple of times.
Nobody really talks about season 6. The skins were great, the return of Lone Star and Takedown was great, the environment was simple but cool, and knockout was a fun addition. The addition of Hot Zone, Siege and Duo Showdown to Map Maker was also great.
I like it only for the nostalgia cause I started playing in season 4. However looking back playing against nothing but Edgar sucked and I barely ever use Lou to this day he just isn't fun to play in my opinion.
I feel like most summer updates do the best generally, Simply also the fact that they add a lot more content than usual, take season 7 as an example, We got 2 new brawlers, 3 new gamemodes, some insane skins like Dino Leon (like you mentioned), And lastly everyone is Free during the summer, I Do have high hopes for our next season's brawl pass (season 19) As it is going to be THE summer update, I can’t guarantee it will be good or not but again like I said, I do have hopes BTW Awesome Vid, Can't wait for your next one!

Meanwhile, surge has one of the most unique gimmicks in BS while being part of a very distinct “cool dude” character archetype It without a doubt set the standard for new chromatics

Season 2 is the best season it’s the season where I got back with brawl stars and I still have it in my heart it was such a good season I get so much nestolgia especially when I hear the song thanks for covering it up❤

I actually would say either season 6 or season 8 were my favorites. Belle is a really intriguing character desing and lore wise, and Ash has one of the more goofy yet fun desing concepts. The revamped wild west theme also looks so nice and the fairy tale skins were gorgeous. Unicorn Knight Barley is my second favorite Barley skin after the Bakesale one, and that's saying something XD.
The meta was one of my favourite things. Although there was high dominance at the top of the meta, the 3 too characters were also the top 3 most fun characters, as surge was likely my 3rd favourite brawl to play of all time, after release amber and stu, and gale got an immense rework and mr p was just so dominant. The fact that it stayed the same for a while just stays anchored in people’s memories

Summer of monsters i got my first chromatic brawler surge i didnt have the sp but i tried it on friendly and it was broken untill they nerfed him to the ground i like super city rampage the skins the 8-bit sp rework at that time and yeah it was a good trip true nostalgia
