This was almost exactly what I was looking for. ADP isn't currently updated and I could only find websites requiring me to pay for the AR. Thank you very much.
So let me ask you this, i have soldiers saying you must get down with them in order to perform the corrective training. Is this in any regulation because i can’t find it. I also don’t want to correct them on it without being 100%
There is no regulation that states this. But it does set a good example of a leader. By doing corrective training with them you show you are willing to do the same things you ask of them. But there is no regulation that requires a leader to perform corrective training with their Soldiers.
In moderation. Keep in mind if a soldier is injured during corrective action the leader can be held responsible under several articles of the ucmj. Be reasonable understanding and empathetic. Make sure you understand the entire situation don’t just execute corrective action on assumptions. Take care. Always grateful for your feedback. Rock steady
In the end, the intent is to correct the action. As a leader should know their soldier, they should understand their learning style and ultimately guide them in what action needs to be taken, as well try to gather information on any extenuating circumstances that might have caused the infraction. For instance, if the soldier is lacking in physical fitness, extra PT throughout the day or and extra session scheduled aside from the organization session would be appropriate, but it may be because they got hurt but were afraid to go to their PCM in fear they'd be ridiculed by their peers. Say the soldier is late to formation. Yes, it might be easier to make them push, but does it correct the infraction and fulfill the intent? I'm not saying a soldier should just get a slap on the wrist to avoid getting chewed out by the commander for dropping a soldier, but the corrective action should be warranted to help the soldier steer in the right direction, and if you've done everything in your power and nothing changes, recommend punishment for patterns of misconduct.

Thanks for the feedback. Hope you find more of our videos useful.
This will never be applied or upheld in the Infantry. Unfortunately.
It all about leaders correcting subordinate leaders to do the right thing and not haze or abuse their Soldiers.
