Handful green coriander
Salt to taste
For Masala
4 local chillies
4 bedgi chillies
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 inch cinnamon
7 cloves
15 black pepper
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
5 green cardamom
Small piece nutmeg
