Problem trying to install Photoshop CS5 on Windows 10 version 1903

Hello everyone, I am posting this video here seeking some help with installing Adobe CS5 on Windows 10 version 1903, which was released May 2019.

rename the file oobe to oobe.old in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe - directory it works.

It worked! Thank you very much. I had installed CS5 on Windows10 desktop a few years ago. Updated to a more powerful Windows 10 laptop and Adobe Design Premium would not install just as Arnokarenzi experienced. I really appreciate your sharing this information. Best regards / Joe

how can you rename the file oobe if there is no photoshop installed so there is no such a file yet?
