I am 70 years old, suffering from anxiety and depression, absolutely alone and can this ever be alleviated at my age? I am always mentally and physically ill. Where is my soul tribe and where is my help?
I am 66 and found out why all my life I have been hurrying my life along. I've never liked being here. I have felt like the odd man out all my life. I was like no one in my family. I felt I was the only one who felt that way. Chaos followed me through my life. After two marriages and a child, I decided that I was not capable of navigating this lifetime on my own. I asked for help and God sent it. I met a man 6 years younger than me and I still was untrusting. This man has been an angel sent to me for support. You are not alone. Be anticipating that information will come your way and don't forget to ask for help when you need it from your spirit guides. I had found it hard to open my heart to people; probably a trust issue. Look for people who are not usually the people that you would seek out. It may feel awkward at first and don't be embarrassed if people call you crazy. I wear my crazy like a badge. I've earned that privilege. Get out of your home and participate in the outside world. The correct people will find you. Take care of yourself. Love and Peace.
