Are u on mars. Paneer is available world wide in all supermarkets world wide. This is global world. Abroad or india no one cares. By the way recipe was gud.
Thank you for such a simple way of making paneer. I tried it today & came out so good. I could cut it into pieces without it getting crumbled up. So soft & fresh in taste. Thank you.
We have just finished lunch. I cooked butter Paneer today. using all methods. Right from preparing Paneer Rasgulla Biryani and Naan. I am tired today, but the huge satisfaction that I see on my family member, my niece still searching for Rasgulla in fridge. You are great discovery and teacher for us. Thank you from bottom of my heart for making cooking so easy.
Thanks a lot for sharing your recipe! I would like to correct that there is no fermentation in the process, but simple chemical precipitation of the milk protein (only in brackets). Have you ever tried to mix the remaining liquid with fruits or fruit juice like mango or berries? It's a very popular drink in Switzerland (where I come from) and you don't waste the precious nutrients in the whey (proteins, calcium, potassium...)
Nishaji you are awesome... I am big time lover of Punjabi dishes especially the one that includes paneer... This video solved my problem to a great extent and the paneer that I made came up better than I expected... Good job nishaji 👍👍👍👍
