Is this for homeowners to take this credit or only for business owners creating a large solar project? For the Domestic Content Adder. Form advised by the IRS to use to claim this deduction is only for business owners and require a IRS facility number.

Yes, the domestic content adder is for commercial projects. The residential credit is 30%. No adders are available to homeowners. Here's more info on the solar tax credit: www.paradisesolarenergy.com/blog/how-does-the-solar-tax-credit-work

Both products are assembled in the United States, but they do not currently meet the criteria for the domestic content adder. Speaking of Enphase, check out our tour of their factory -th-cam.com/video/yJauVSGEljw/w-d-xo.html
