Grant has never been seen in a short-sleeve polo shirt for tennis. NO. Only long sleeve. This man has principles!!

Thank you for another super helpful video Grant. It’s great to hear these steps broken down in slow motion to help facilitate the speed and power it takes in real time. Well done sir! 👏😃

    Unbelievable!
It _actually_ increases the _speed_ AND _the quickness?_ (1:31)
Wow! _Who_ could have imagined that to be even possible??

Speed and quickness are not synonyms

Love your videos. Can you make a video on contact point? How to find it ( how far away is adequate?) are they grip dependent? Thanks 🙏

I need some help, in my forehand and backhand, the moment I have contact with the ball, I don’t continue my swing like I just stop after contact and I try to fix it but I can’t. Any suggestions.

I am curious, was watching Carlos beat Nadal at Madrid, how did he hit those powershots? Were they flat or topspin forehand? The pace was insane I think? 160+km/h??

He is flattening out his forehand but there is still topspin present it is just less than what he normally uses during his stroke. He can generate a lot of power!

Fantastic question!! There is actually 1 primary technical difference between Alcaraz & Nadal's acceleration. I will reveal that in the next vid🔥

    How much weight your racket?

  • @cosmofox

GRANT you are hands-down the best teacher - I got a pillow with your face on it to sleep with and I tuck my racquet underneath it too.

Catch the racket in the front of your body. Interesting. I'm going to try that.
