Switching hands women's lacrosse

In this video we demonstrate how to switch hands for women's lacrosse players.
Points of Performance:
Make sure to protect the ball by facing your net toward you as you switch sides.
Switch sides with the stick, then bottom hand comes up, top hand slides down
Readjust top hand as necessary for comfort.
