Yea thats wat im saying , KD came and took the team over , i still think Curry is better all time but cant deny that was KD’s team from 17-19 idc what nobody says , he saved them so many times in those playoff runs , he even came back in game 5 of the 19 finals and scored like 11 points in 12 minutes and helped them win that game before he popped his achilles

Both Lue and Bron both had said Steph was the head of the snake that 2017 series, and Lue even stated that he planned for Steph defensively not KD giving the latter all them easy buckets. There’s tons of footage showing that Steph was doubled more than KD. I’m taking what both Lue and Bron said over the bias bs you on. Since departing in 2019 Steph has been the better player plus he’s accomplished more while KD has done what? Swapped teams and jumped ship not once but twice. In that 2017 Steph still put up 27, 9 and 8 while being doubled while KD got to get in free isos vs Love, JR Smith and Iman? Stop it. KD had Steph and Klay both sitting on the wing so it was free eats. In 2018 he had old Richard Jefferson on an island smh. We’ve seen what happens to KD when teams lock in on him and he’s facing constant box and 1s and traps for example the Boston series in 2022.
But what has kd done now that he doesn’t have defensives focus on Steph and Klay?
@@moneyman4740it was always Steph’s team. They swept the blazers without kd in 2019. I mean they went to the finals before and after him and won before, with and after him. His yet to prove he can win without Steph. Steph was the mvp but he took a step back to accommodate kd. There’s no version of kd that was ever as good as 2016 Steph
