Bili bili gaming is in shambles after seeing their rival choking badly to the point they are thinking if they should even qualify or not.
FNS started training his aim but sacrificed some of his brain in exchange.
All jokes aside, the improvement in FNS aim has changed NRG dramatically. I can remember at least 5+ fights this series that he would usually lose, but since he won them, NRG won the round.
But overall he still played mediocre to above average. He is not the X factor that NRG needs him or anyone else on the team to be.
Hear me out, next year, Jawgemo, Ethan, Demon1, FNS, and s0m with Potter as coach next year

@@OfficialKman5625 That is a god awful roster. Jawg only plays entry and smokes, Demon1 only plays second duelist and smokes, and s0m only plays smokes (has played duelist in past). This roster would win the award for least flexible roster in the world as you would be forced to play double dive or double smokes every map. Braindead casual who only looks at big names. Replace Demon1 with Rossy and this roster could have a shot

You know, the worst part isn't even that they threw a 12-5 Lead, it gets worse, when you think that it was essentially a 4v5, with Xeppa on Skye being a walking Ult Orb.
NRG could kill oxy and C9 would just fall apart, it's just baffling they lose to this.

While I do think nrg look a lot better now I really wonder what subbing in demon 1 for crashies or Ethan would look like. A lot of his issues early this year was on the entry role which he could do but never excelled at and with fns setting him up it’s hard to think he couldn’t be a lot like yay was. Crashies and Ethan are solid players but very similar in agent pool and role so one of them would make the most sense to bench. Don’t know if it would be different but an interesting thought.

@@andreanarli7651 Platoon has a video called "The Truth Behind EG Demon1 v NRG Demon1. Its a great video. In it he shows entry statistics. On EG Demon1, Jawg and Boostio all did around 25% of the enties or so. (Basically it was pretty evenly split for those 3). On NRG Demon1 did 35% of the entries far and away the most. Platoon also argues, why that doesn't work for Demon1, but does for Aspas e.g. (its playing styles, and its the reason why Cryo now works better with Asuna as the main entry. He had the same problem on his first 100T roster.)

I still don’t know why demon1 got put on an agent he’s not comfortable on then immediately got dropped when they started losing. Rn nrg lacks firepower, someone who can just carry the game on their own thru their mechanical prowess, and that man is sitting on the bench watching this disasterclass

@@OfficialKman5625jawgemo demon1 and som probably wouldn’t work out together rolewise. demon1 knows jett and brimstone and that’s about it. jawgemo hasn’t played anything but duelist or sage in a long time. som only plays smokes. if you put demon1 on jett it forces jawgemo or som to play an uncomfortable role. if you don’t put demon1 on jett and it’s not a brimstone map he’ll be uncomfortable. they’re all good players but they don’t seem to fit together.
@@Hello-wo4sx Maybe Putting S0m on Duelist and Demon1 on Smokes with a Sova/Fade player coming in it would work. I think Demon1 can't play main Duelist he's just doesn't have the playstyle for it.

Probably the most versatile flex player in NA rn. I respect your opinion, but it's difficult to see s0m or even jawgemo to be uncomfortable in any role, jaw even played deadlock and shit on them with the gimmick comp for icebox lmao
@@anthonyvu9501 true, som is probably more versatile than it seems based on his pro play, but ranked is very different from pro play. think about players like prod. he’s been radiant many times maining jett but the way he plays jett would be absolutely horrible in pro play. i’m not saying som would be horrible on any agent because he probably wouldn’t be but it’s unlikely he would be as good on any of them as he is on smokes. jawgemo would also be good on most roles/agents but my biggest concern would be what you would do with demon1 when he’s not on jett or brim. he clearly isn’t particularly quick to learn even other duelists and it would be unlikely for him to be able to play other agents in other roles at a very high level. it would make the most sense if you used a 6 man roster, but at that point you might as well just use jawgemo on jett because he’s more than up to par on jett and have a more flexible, permanent 5th man on the roster.

They really need a guy with good mechanics to carry and a guy that can make a difference when it counts. Championship teams we've had always has: 1.) talented fragger, 2.) great IGL or great coaching staff, 3.) Clutchmaester, and 4.) 2 support players that complement the carry. NRG should've taken the risk with Demon1 and built around him imho. Building a team with synergy in mind is good but it should be built AROUND a star player, not as a replacement to not having a great fragger. Teamwork won't cut it in NA since teams there are generally synergistic and have above average firepower.

Here’s all you need to know, C9 went B site late in the match, NRG had 3-4 últs. they failed to snow ball said últs and lost the round by not trading correctly. They were rattled or they assumed the game was over and they ended up in OT.
Also c9 played slow and tactically on every single one of those rounds and NRG wasn’t able to answer that call. To anyone that has played ranked you know how hard it is to get rounds 10-13 on the board. You know that that is when the game really starts.
As an old Optic fan, I started crying at 9-12.
I did not stop crying until the next day.

The 1st prowler already confirmed someone was there. What is the point of the 2nd one and then even the haunt that just both get shot by presumably the same exact person. I would understand if he spaced them out, but he sent them all within the span of 9 seconds

I’m just gonna say when you’re in a 4 v 2 needing to defuse on b site, stop tapping the spike and push the last two guys together with util. You can’t just allow them to spam the spike and get 3 kills back off spam. You need to create some sort of chaos there that works in your favor and takes them off the spam angle. Nrg didn’t do that and we’ll never know why.

I legit think ethan threw on round 22, when crashies managed to kill runi, he should’ve just instantly swung on xeppa who’s low since theres no one to cover for xeppa and crashies can keep a watch for runi’s revive. Just peek fast so moose doesn’t have time to cover xeppa

S0m and FNS both just miss the streaming life so much that they decided to check out early.
As an NRG fan, this sucks, honestly it was a long shot for us to make playoffs let alone champs in split 2, I can atleast say I watched the team improve from the clusterfuck that was Split 1 and Kickoff for us. Always next season.
