- The goal of the map is simple, drive to the top. That involves some mad obstacles to tackle especially when I have the slight added difficulty of a FWD rally car.

Survive the flood on a map like this, with the crew.
Sounds like a great new game mode for them. Set some rules to make sure the vehicles are crazy. Then let them go at 15 second intervals in a randomly drawn order. Bumping allowed and winner is whoever makes it highest.

Strangely disappointed you didn’t get to the end of the flume in the vid, a thousand slightly OCD voices cried out and were suddenly silenced 😢

Just curious, can you tell me where did he cheat? Is resetting after rolling over considered a cheat? I'm genuinely curious.
@@velvetrosang4684 Yeah, Alex said at the beginning that you are allowed to repair, but not reset. If you reset, you have to start from the bottom.

Make this right, Alex- finish the FLUME, and then reset at the top and YEET! It's what the fans want!!!
You didn't cheat at all, actually. You landed on the jump; you just landed upside down. All you needed to do was reset. Same with the second instance. You didn't fall; just needed a reset. Zero cheating involved.
If Drae can do this with a minivan, Alex should be able to do it with a rally car.
Drae played it pre patch too when it was impossible!
And while sticking to the no reset rule too
I would call that first attempt at the turtle jump a success. You didnt fall, and resetting in place is allowed if your car is damaged. Being on your side is basically a way of damaging the car, so resetting there to "fix" the car would be allowed by the rules. As long as you dont fall youre not cheating.
Only Up but with cars (a very fragile car because it's BeamNG). If this was done in GTA V, it's probably easier.
Different physics so yeah much easier on gta
This genre of gamemode has been on GTA for a couple years tbh

This has all the hallmarks for an interesting time trial challenge - doing this in stages, find out how fast various cars are in tackling each stage: the vehicle is disqualified if it can't over come an obstacle, is too damaged to move, or falls off the course.
Leave it to an Englishman to attempt an off road coarse in a street car

I'd love to see this done with the "hardcore" (no damage resets) but the whole FR crew is racing to the top, similar to the obstacle course videos.
I honestly just want it as a race. Damage resets sure, but no position resets.

Honestly, I don't think you cheated. I think the reset was justified. The car made the jump and didn't fall off, it just got stuck there.
With there own rules you didnt cheat you were not falling so you can reset even if stuck even if stuck upside down
Alex robbed us of a completed decent it was so close aswell so many people got triggered by not seeing the ending

Oil sump on rally car may also should have things called baffles to keep oil from moving away too much from the pick up point
Hi failrace. I have a suggestion. Can you do survive the hunt but with beamng traffic?
Try to get to the top before oil overheats (if sump was damaged at the start)!
I allllllllmost unliked because I didnt get to see the car reach the bottom lol, seriously though great content again guys I'd LOVE to see more of that track with different cars itd be kinda like a Driven Til Destruction revival
The weird tube at 7:10 acted like it was frozen. So you only only gained traction with momentum.
Also, appreciate your note on the car being dry-sump. If it were, it shouldn't have starved.

Somehow I don't think you cheated. The rules are, if you fall, you can reset wherever you landed. When you roll/beach, you should be able to reset in place. It would be weird if rolling was worse than falling down.

Do AI cars work for multiplayer? If so i have idea for a hunt- you put some AI cars- the same as you have- the challenge for hunters is to determine which car you are driving- if they guess wrong- they lose.
I’m pretty sure traffic does work but the lag will horrendous.

Do one of these with your normal crew, but rally start, and must finish with a functional vehicle. All resets make you restart. Best time wins.

I was expecting the pigeon game but this.. this is something more. I do wonder how a large race on this would be. Or what the stupidest vehicle you could get up there might be - I'm hoping for a semitruck. Trailer wouldn't fit though. Bit disappointed we didn't get to see the car uncerimoniously spit out the end of the flume at the end though.

If you do another video about this you should challenge yourself like if you get stuck and cheat to get out one of the challenges is you cannot fix for 5 min or you can’t use your brakes or use only hand brake in stead of brakes pedal or you need to pop a tire and more

In my opinion, the second "cheaty bit" wasn't 100% your fault, it looks like there was a terrain collision error as the point looked to be clipping through your car....nothing you can do about that. Now...all that being said...I was really hoping to see you just yeet it off the platform at the top for no other reason than the sheer destruction when you hit bottom.

Why do you actually use a keyboard for your beamNG video? Why not use a wheel or at least a gamepad. I find the game way more enjoyable using a wheel and clutch/manual setup!
