Tenta fazer como quando alguém tem dúvidas e só diz: han? Usando os dedos para tampa o nariz vai sentir ele vibrar, é o mesmo ao falar Para Pão, decisão/ decisões como se fosse on, sons nasais são difíceis pra quem não cresceu com eles tem que treinar.
Essa técnica de tampar para sentir e ouvir é boa.
Muda os tons diferentes de a, o, pode mudar a palavra ou entonação da palavra para expressar outra coisa, situação.
Mais ou menos como no tailandês algumas palavras com acentos ou não mudando o tom muda a entonação ou sentido dela.
Quem fala espanhol até aprende o difícil mesmo é mudar o tom de do s, tem uma lenda da guerra do Paraguai que tentavam se misturar e falavam português mas a frase: caiu no poço, eu não posso essa mudança de sons entre ç, s não consegue reproduzir.
