Di ko maintinidhan sa Pilipinas bakit hindi i compare yung performance between brand to brand. That is literally your job, to compare and inform us which car has the better hybrid system.
Because youre not watching a comparo. Simple. Moreover, if you actually think about it, these reviewers don't own the vehicles. They're loaned the vehicles for a particular time lang. That in itself poses as a challenge. Pero there are comparos naman when they have the loaned vehicles at the same time.
I agree it is more expensive but GAC has better reputation than BYD and the cost of ownership for SL6 is higher. Being a plug-in hybrid it has 18kw battery compared to 2kw battery of Emkoo. Believe me the cost of SL6 battery is probably 1/3 the price of the car. If you will ask them how much is the battery they will not give you any info. Also there's a lot of software issues and comments that the ride on SL6 is wobbly. I've known also that they don't have a body repair shop, collission parts will be done on a 3rd party workshop. I've tested the SL6 and it is good but I don't like the feel of its regen breaking, feels like rubbing to an abrasive material.
@rudys1209 A quick research will prove that BYD is much more reputable than GAC--both in China and outside of China. Only Topgear PH commented on the ride of SL6 being wobbly. Heck, even people from AU and EU are commenting on how good its ride quality is. Point is, at the price of SL6, you get more car than the OP Emkoo. And boy, they gotta fix that AC switch.
Don't get me wrong BYD rank in China might be higher than GAC but they have a bad record when their EVs are exploding. Meanwhile GAC is creating quality cars due to JV with Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi. Of course they like the SL6 in AU and EU because it is an older car compared to Emkoo which only released last year in China. For PHEV I would rather choose DFSK E5 than SL6. But between PHEV and HEV I would choose HEV all day because of the high cost of ownership for PHEV. I test drive the SL6 already and the suspension is too soft for me. The horn is a major issue also kasi medyo mahina and delay ang busina.
@@rudys1209second this. Byd is bigger but that may be due to it receiving higher subsidies from the Chinese government, I, however, think that while gac is a smaller company compared to byd, it still produces quality bang for the buck cars especially like the emzoom and emkoo. I also have a bias against phev cars because of the engine, you cannot simply replace the electric engine because it is expensive
“Mild hybrid BS” - my sentiment exactly! It’s not even a proper hybrid. More like mild half-baked. It’s unfortunate that there are people passing it as a proper hybrid. Engine stop-start has been around for a while. It is pretty much just a glorified / democratized version of it.
How the f does this channel only have 60k subs?? Quality is better than other major reviewers.
Because the dude is just a presenter, not a reviewer. We get enough presentations.
Battery manufacturer and model?
I was waiting for a tour of the different drive modes.
We'll take the EMKOO Hybrid out for a more in-depth drive. For now, this is just our first look!
hi,how is the fuel consumption?
GAC says it'll do around 23 km/L, we got around 17 km/L and we weren't even driving it conservatively.
Did you guys open the hood?
nice design
Hi, nice car, I already have one... What is the total combined torque?
300 Nm.
Sealion6 comparison please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

NAKALIMUTAN MAGLAGAY NG WIPER SA LIKURAN....
Like the GS3 Emzoom...walang rear wiper also.
Even if it were a PHEV it is still more expensive than the BYD SL6 - a PHEV at 1.55M.
