Hi! Can you make a video on international shipping? I’m struggling on how to set that up on Etsy and how to bring that cost down. It’d be super helpful :)
When using ship station does it purchase the labels through Etsy so you can have them deduct from your balance? Or does it charge a separate card for shipping labels?
Mine isn't batching in scanning order. I noticed that your batch is being filtered by order date. Are all of the orders you scan coming in on the same day? I wonder if that is my issue. I have about 80 orders placed over the course of 3 days and they are batching in a random scan order.
Not really, we print the packages slip fist to attach to the product so we keep track of the order is it is circulating the production. If we would print a shipping label at the start of production, that will be confusing which orders are actually shipped and which are not. We used to do that too when we didn’t have as many orders, but when you pass 50-100 orders a day, it gets messy with that system. I personally wouldn’t recommend printing a shipping label before the product is done.
Very useful tips on improving your process. Thanks for posting!
For sure, ship station is my favorite third party app

Where do you purchase the scanner?
thanks a lot Vlad. How do you use shipstation to create the barcodes that let you scan for the order on Etsy?
Yes, the barcodes are pretty much the Etsy order in a barcode format, which means you can scan that barcode on Etsy and find the orders
@@thetalkshop thanks a lot. Really appreciate it :)
Hi there! Great video! Do you have to manually add tracking numbers to Etsy or is it integrated with shipstaion? Thanks
It does that the moment you connect Etsy to a ship station
Thank you!
@@thetalkshop Fantastic thanks!

No it doesn’t, you will get the money from Etsy and it will pull from your card on file. So your bank is the reservoir

did you ever get this fixed?
You're doing double work by first printing the packing slip then going back and printing the label, we print them both at once.
