As per New Immigration Policy one CANNOT claim points for:
• Age
• Overseas Skilled Work Experience
• Partner’s Qualification
• Partner’s Skilled Employment
Step 1:
Get a Skilled Job or Skilled Job Offer
30 or more hours per week
Employer should be registered as an Accredited Employer with Immigration New Zealand
Job should be either in ANZSCO Level 1 to Level 3 occupation and paid at or above the median salary in New Zealand which is NZD 29.66 PER HOUR
Job should be either in ANZSCO Level 4 to Level 5 occupation and paid 1.5xmedian salary in New Zealand which is NZD 29.66 PER HOUR
With a condition that the employment must be permanent OR fixed term contract for at least 12 months
The above step will not earn you any points, in fact it is the mandatory condition to earn or qualify for attaining the other points.
The above step is mandatory even if you have maximum amount of points available.
Step 2:
Claim points from any of the below streams (but not from all the streams)
• Qualifications
• Occupational Registration
• Income Points
• Skilled Work Experience

Have searched alot honestly, if you don't have a job offer from NZ u can't fly to NZ it's simple as that, even if you have masters degree with more than 10 years of experience in ur field and have scored 6.5 each in ielts too plus u have secured equivalency from NZQA as well still without job offer it's not possible to fly to NZ, From example a MBA finance can claim 5 points but can't get 6th point.
If youdo masters or PhD from NZ the equation would be different. For PhD and Masters you will get 6 points and 5 points respectively and post study visa for 3years to secure a job easily. In case of PhD you only need a job offer and for masters you have to do 1 year of job to get remaining point. Simple
Thank u for the reply, but bro again, bat tou wohi hay na, nz ayeingay kaisay, abb overseas say PR nahi hay directly, with masters u get max 5 points, for 6th point u have to be in NZ to work 1 year, it's a musical chair thing. Baki sub categories main bhi job offer mandatory hay
