I think the police duo will do this as well since Qingyi does show up on some of Zhu Yuan's attacks in her trial mission... Or maybe that's just for those specific missions?

It's a faction based feature, you get more voice lines and animations when you pair agents on the same faction.
Hope this doesn't come with major gameplay advantages though, because that'd just kill team building variety in a game where it's already barely necessary at the most challenging content currently in it.
@@b.w.s3165The only real faction advantages at the moment are Koleda and Ben and the specific Bangboo supports and the extra buffs you get when multiple members of the same faction or element are used.

Can confirm, they do get special lines when switching characters for example. I remember Lycaon saying something like "your turn Ellen" when I switched to her
If you have them both in the same team her final hit of her combo changes as well
It only applies and appear when she uses her Skill and her Hammer is ready to ignite sadly without the Hammer is ready to ignite she will still do her combo alone

The words itself says it. think of it like packaging, compressing to reduce the file size for better transfer, then unzipping to restoring the compressed file to its original size

i believe that in early test versions, Her solo animations was non existent, and it was awkward to have Ben participate in the fight when he wasn't even there initially, so it led to this.
This shows how there is a possibility that new characters can have combo moves
Since there's a mechanic where you get a buff when there are characters of the same faction or type it's cool that they show it like this so more incentives to use character that are from the same factions
She also spin slams his pillar when he is in the team with her normal attacks

Based on their previous game, Hi3, they probably add some "buff" for koleda if u paired her with ben
Her combo with Ben does more damage and has invincibility frames

thats why I use both Koleda and Ben on the same team.(Also, the other two are Soldier 11 and Cryboo)
And i think this combo koleda+ben is much stronger than koleda itself

HEY!! They're not burst, they're ultimates. Wrong game. And it seems to only be Koleda and Ben for now, but I look forward to others that they may put in.
My only request is that Ben's ultimate should also be swapped with him & Koleda's ult. It's a little annoying that I have to switch to Koleda specifically when I need to ult for fire dmg and I'm currently playing Ben.
Also Ben's parry is amazing
unfortunately ben is really impractical in a team with stun units.... like koleda
(its really hard (impossible) to parry something thats not attacking, so his damage falls off pretty hard)
In fact, every team has it`s lore based sinergy

they have this in HI3 5 years ago with Rosalia and Lilya ver 3.1, plus an upgrade version in version 5.4 2years ago with APHO 2 mechanic.
Actually if you look further back. Double special has been used in other JRPG. The one I can remember right now is the tales series. With their dual Mystic arts.

There are different factions. For example Andy Nicole Billy and Nekomiyamata are in cunning hares and if I remember correctly thise characters are from belobog construction industries so they get the bonus.
I kinda love the faction-based elements of this game. Gives each character a lot more depth and uniqueness. Really hoping that along with new factions, the ones currently available also get more additions down the line

not really, they've been doing this since honkai impact.
Most Honkai Impact Character have like half their kit locked behind teaming with other specific characters; seems cool at first but it makes teambuilding really restrictive.

I played Wuwa and Genshin, and then I realized that open world games aren't really my thing (I kept distracted and wasting my time by not progressing at all) so I stopped playing both games, shame that I really loved Wuwa's combat.
I think what really matters is what you're really into, if you're considering which to choose between wuwa & ZZZ. I suggest you to stick with Wuwa if you also like open world games while exploring many things, or just play ZZZ if you seek for more fast-paced (and easier) gameplay. And I also feels that ZZZ is more.. casual? Perfect for me who wants to shortly relax from work from time to time while not distracting myself
If you want challenging game. Play ZZZ. Just forget wuwa.that game is pure trash
Honestly, those two are my main gacha games now. I might be uninstalling HSR until 3.0 comes out.
