we should always be grateful for things we have or had in our life❤ In healthcare it takes a special person with that gift that can communicate in difficult situations. They are not made at us or we did not make them upset. They are mad at their illness, hungry, crying child, impatient relatives but the main thing is the wait time. The key is to just listen and talk to them and not at them. It's a blessing when we can put others before ourselves and assist them the best way.❤❤❤
