I just ordered them in 12 ounces do you think 12 ounces is good for just technique and bag? I’ve never boxed before and I’m only planning on doing it for fitness and potentially getting into sparring a few years down the road.
I do not recommend these gloves if you are a hard hitter. They gave me blisters by the second use even though I wrapped my hands sufficiently and bought the gloves in 16oz. I've used a pair of fairtex gloves ($100) and I've never gotten blisters from using them. These Sanabul gloves would be fine for softer punchers (tap tappers).
Do you condition your hands at all? Sounds very strange to me, but then again I'm hitting tires bareknucle as well as my taped bag. Not saying these gloves are good or not, haven't tried them. But never heard of getting blisters with gloves on.
Weird? I’m 230lbs and would say I Throw in the VERY hard range, my buddy got a pair of these and I tried them out and found them to be great for 30 bucks…
I bought these. Was curious, 27 years boxing. Just spend 15-20$ but some Rival, RdX, or Venum. You'll be much happier after a month.
so should I get those or venum contender 2.0?
Thanks for the review. I was going to do this next but in my 12 ozs.
I am curious:
How would this be for sparring?
Great review and detail helped me decide to purchase a pair on Amazon size 14oz can't wait to try them
How have you been liking the gloves so far?
I been using them a lot they are comfortable the padding feels good the wrist wrap is great
Great review 👍

@@turbomanmechachrist it's very strange to me since I never got blisters when I joined a UFC gym 6 years ago. Perhaps I'm hitting harder than before??
