Apple Watch says Wrong Passcode

Apple Watch says, "Wrong Passcode. Open the Apple iwatch app on your iphone, go to Passcode, then tap Re-Enable Passcode Entry to try again."
I just bought a new phone and tried to sync my phone and my watch. It didn't work so I found out how to do it
