you´re right, but this gel has a lot of creatine,caffeine,vit b12,b6,niacin,and taurine,and of course simple sugars and other carbs like fructose.and sometimes in a race so hard like this one, when you take medium chains of triglicerids and protein powder like whey you feel bloated.
haha when team cars hand riders waterbottles, most of the time they hang on for a quick second while the car speeds up a bit and get a little boost. as long as its not abused the refs let it slide. you will see this happen alot if you watch a full cycling race. hope this helps
Are there no rules about driving? It seems pretty crazy to be directing your team, while driving and handing out water bottles and gels... someone is going to kill there own rider sooner or later.
