В марте 2024 года отдыхали с мужем в этом отеле Ворабури.
    Всё понравилось.Хочется уже опять поехать в Таю...возможно в другой отель,но Ворабури полюбился и остался в сердце навсегда!!!

How quiet is the hotel in the area around the hotel? We are debating being right in Phuket or I would prefer a quieter place. And how far from Phuket center is this and do they have taxis that will take you there? Thanks in advance for any answers. I appreciate the video.

Phuket is actually a huge island, about an hour from north to south. Most of the busy tourist areas are along the west coast (the Woraburi is on the west coast in Karon Beach). It is right across the street from the beach and you can walk north to the center of Karon for restaurants, shops, etc. South of here is Kata Beach (which is pretty touristy) and north is Patong (which is considered the center of the tourist areas on the island, and the craziest). When we went in August it was pretty quiet because it was low season, I'm sure it would be much busier during high season. From here you can catch a taxi to anywhere but they also have a bus that runs north/south along the coast as well as songthaews that you can catch in front of the hotel that will go across the mountain to Chalong then north to Phuket Town (this bus only costs 40 baht per person). On my channel I have a video on how to ride the songthaew and another on how busy it was in Kata Beach (a bit south of Karon) in January.

There is food on the main road where the hotel is located. You can walk about 5 minutes north to the road that heads east to the temple. Tons on massage parlors, shops and restaurants there. Very walkable.
