Awesome review! I had the one person version and used it for a season. Like the idea of the simplicity of a front entry ,sold it and used a Nemo dragonfly . I may get the two person Fly creek.
@@DaRupinger funny thing I went back to the new 2 person Fly Creek bikepack and love it! The extra space is what I really needed. I wanted to try a side entry tent and it has its advantages but preferred the fly creek for solo.
I just use the freestanding net tent part of this favorite tent. I have no use for the outer fly - just not for me. Instead, I just use any rectangular tarp on the outside if stormy or wet. I prefer that a lot. I wish I could just buy the poles and net tent as mine is rather old with many, many miles annd nites of use.
I think its important to mention in the video title that you have there the bike-packing version, which, if people don't know, differs in having that shelf like pocket at the bottom, something normal backpacking version doesn't have. Also, the packed size of your tent is very different from the ordinary version, as the poles are much shorter!
Yeah id say its a review on the setup. This was what i was looking for. I have a Six Moons Designs Lunar Solo LE, which i have used for years and loved, but the walls sag inward and condensation wets everything. Good vid
Is this a bike tent? That carrying bag looks like it’s meant for strapping it to something like a bike. Either way you could probably shave (im guessing) 3oz or so by switching bags, if you’re backpacking. Great review though. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing the video! Something to note: I would consider this video a preview not review. A review would need a few months and some overnight trips in the tent to really call it a review. Just my two cents. Cheers
I had a Big Agnes Fly Creek 1 that I used for several years. Great tent. I now use a Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL1 and like it even more.

Could you let me know what made you switch from the Fly Creek to the Nemo dragonfly? Thanks!

Well spotted, is there much of a difference between the versions when packed up?

Thanks. Glad this video could help!
Rei says its 1 lb 11 oz. Did you weigh it yourself?

You can use it for bike packing

Thanks for checking out the video and taking the time to comment. Happy Hiking!
what is the real weight?
I wonder if Big Agnes herself can fit into this tent?😮
