Hello Mama Ai, some may remember that when the Kyoto Tachibana S.H. School Brass Band Club first marched in the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade at the end of 2011 and early 2012. This was after the Earthquake of March 11, 2011. Afterwords a new piece of music was written as a prayer for those involved. I have forgotten the composer's name. The Tachibana did a Benefit performance at Kennedy High School in Pasadena, California in order to gather funds for the Earthquake affected area in early 2012. This music was performed by the Band. They were lead in this performance of the Hymn by the Band Founder Hisashi Hiramatsu. It begins about 30:00 in this video of the concert. This music would apply to the latest Earthquake location too. There is a big difference in topography between this Noto earthquake and the East Japan (3.11) earthquake. East Japan has many plains, but Noto has many mountainous areas, so roads are often cut off. As a result, many areas are isolated, and relief efforts are delayed.
