A 2 into 1 exhaust on a 2 stroke? Surely not the most efficient option for power. Still, I suppose if you like the look. aside from that what a beautiful bike.
2 into 1 or 3 into 1 exhausts are now part of the culture for 2 strokes bikes, especially in Japan because they're mass produced rn. They're more lightweight, good for low and med rpm, has better sound and very great for daily driving. Not everyone wants a fast bike, some just wanna cruising on a low speed.
THAT.........is truly one of THE MOST beautiful bikes that i have ever seen. yowza. i am very happy to say that i have a yellow and black RZ350 in the barn. not quite as nice as this one , nearly as nasty though ! wb

No need on this build its 2 into 1 which gives fantastic power low and mid. A Japanese pipe that a lot of Japanese use on specials for the above reason and on song it sounds amazing. It wasn't my intention but due to the shape of the aprilia swingarm it was an option that im glad I took 👍
Seeing this bike brings one thing to mind, " All the gear no idea" he knows nothing abot how a two stroke engine works, what was he thinking putting a snigle exhaust on a two stroke . I had a 250lc which I tuned my self, with Allspeed pipes and K&N filters and jetted so it didn't hole a piston.
In Sth Aus two stroke MCs are deemed 'prescribed' by the cops. Meaning you can't have them on public roads due to exhaust emissions. Which is a shame because I would love to own another LC. (and not treat like a toy, as I did the one I had when I was 18... and inevitably crashed it.)
soz, but points are lost for the choice of wheels. the original curved-spoke wheels were the nuts, and added 10 -15mph even when the bike was stood still............

Had a 1 into 0 exhaust on a 4 stroke single in the 60's, ran great for a minute!

In 1980 I made a two into one on my RD125DX, What a waste of time & money that was ...... totally flattened the engine & lost its little powerband :0(

I prefer the rd lc,,rather than the valvers,,,the ypvs, just didn't stack up next to the real rd lcs,, in my eyes anyways.
