Darvin Ham did go to the Conference finals, then proceeded to bench key players starting in the playoffs, changed the lineups multiple times, showing favor to certain players, and effectively ruining his relationships with all the players. Hardly held practices.. favored playing players who shouldnt have been getting as many minutes over players who actually should have. Terrible rotations. Losing the locker room. Not Figuring out yeah i should have used the starting 5 that got us to wcf till nearly 60 games into season. Man i don't wanna hear his bullshit one bit. @@ejsoto160 exactly. I know most of these guys make more money than the coaches so the dynamics can be a little different, but at the end of the day quiting is unacceptable as a player of team sports. You're supposed to go out there and try to execute your coaches plan to the best of your ability even if it's not your favorite idea. This team routinely quits in real time on the court. And like you said, with it happening under multiple coaches, you have to look at the leadership levels of LeBron and AD. Team captains are supposed to be the voice of the coach on the field/court or whatever. That clearly isn't happening here more often than not.

IMO Darvin Ham deserves credit for helping the team win the first ever NBA cup. Love him or hate him, he deserves some respect for his (little) contribution to the list of Lakers trophies. As for the playoffs... this team was not close to a Championship anyway, which is on Rob Pelinka, not Darvin Ham.

We keep hearing about how smart JJ is yet every game he’s standing on the sidelines with his hands in pocket. Then in his post game interviews we have to watch him hold his head and rub his eyes with every excuse he can come up with.

Darvin Ham was a bad coach. He made bad decisions, made bad or no adjustments at halftime, and struggled to draw up plays for his team at many different points. I think he's perfect as an assistant coach. He's probably a good motivator, and a good person to talk to... but no matter how you cut it, he wasn't head coach material. At least not yet, or for a historic franchise like the Lakers.

LeBron James CHOKED and missed a game winning 3point shot tied 99-99 at the other end Jamal Murray CLUTCH made game winning shot Nuggets 101-99 over Lakers in game 2

Let me guess it's Darvin Ham fault that LeBron James CHOKED and missed a game winning 3point shot

Darvin Ham 90-74 winning record in 2 seasons reach conference finals after taking over a team that 33-49 missed playoffs got Frank Vogel fired

Darvin Ham coach even with Mike Malone had the Lakers and Nuggets in tight battle games late in 4th quarter only difference is one coaches stars Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray closed games in winning time the other coaches stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis couldn't close out games and Nuggets 4-1 over Lakers

Reason why nobody wants to play with LeBron James that's why Klay Thompson, DeMar DeRozan, James Harden said no

Lakers not a championship team at all even with JJ Reddick I wonder who they gonna blame next when they still LOSING next season
