Can you show how over the months you fine tuned your routine? How did you choose the order of activities and eliminate some? Like how it evolved over time?
Yeah I have also noticed I'm incapable of being productive after a hard session especially if I was doing compound lifts. But having tested out different training times in afternoon, I found it has a negative effect on my daytime energy, and I simply cant fall asleep earlier. So I've had to change up my routine for AM training, and do something similar to German Body Composition training -- so that's higher reps, supersets, moderate weight, shorter sessions. I leave feeling amazing and my brain is actually functional vs doing 3-5 reps that make me dead for hours 😂
I like your videos. Your tips resonates with me. It's something I can do. It's not big or fancy steps that I can't consistently do it. Plus you explain the why behind every step. That just make sense to me.
