I have a virtual office, a receptionist, an 800 number and a local number to which state i reside, a mentor/teacher and a plan. much i must learn on my own. Its an answer, but make sence no.. it just raises more questions for me. So Is this percentage just to gain title? Do you now have to negotiate with the bank? What is the LTV? Is your approach to the bank based on the Possible loss they will encounter with an unstable mortgator or the possible cash sale ... Where do we go from here? By the way, thank you for responding
