We have not bought land outside of the U.S so we are unfamiliar with how subdivisions would work, but you could probably still use the map tools to plot out a subdivision outside of the US. However you can buy land in the U.S from outside of the the country. hope this helps!

Yes for sure, surveyors know a lot about the area and are great to talk to. They can advise on next steps in the particular county

What plan do you have? Can you subdivide with any plan (discover, pro, ?)
This was with pro but I believe the area measure tool should be a available on discover.
