Anyone whose been brought up by step Dad relates to this song entirely. I knew my biological Dad in 2017 just during my graduation. I was literally shown, that's your real Father. To avoid drama, since my step dad was around..I just said Hi and left. I dint want his presents or anything, I had deep pain looking at him,,where was he all those years?why did he leave me? Questions without answers. I wanted to seat down with him and just pour out my heart. By Gods grace, we met in 2018..he was afraid to look me in my eye,,but their was genuine love. He just said, " Son, I'm sorry, I know you have a lot of questions, and they have answers, I never wanted to leave you,....." To cut the long story short, that was the most fulfilling conversation I've ever had in my life..we hugged and I dint want to leave him. Mothers we love you,,my mum has always been there for me..but when you don't get the other side of the story,,you will end up Hating the other party for nothing... I lost my Dad in 2020-may through accident,, just when I was starting to know him well. I was hurt and I realized truly, your real fathers love is incomparable. Men go through a lot outside here...if you have your biological Dad, treasure them, show them love,,they need it trust me. I will always miss him...I wish I knew him earlier then just maybe,,just maybe....
Listening to this 2024 and it still breaks my heart coz my dad wants nothing to do with me even after I went an extra mile of looking for him and mind u I had no clue of his name, age area of residence or anything he's from kirinyaga his name is Josphat Mureithi if anyone ever gets a chance to meet him before me tell him there's a lot I've missed in 22years and just a hug would make it all go away😢I still don't know him but I will always love him in absence 💔💔
Dad 😭😭😭I miss you, I love you so much. When I look at myself I see you 😭😭 Ei dad itima marach. Rudi tu ❤️ I miss you 😩💔 natarajia uko salama.. Ur face is always with me ❤️ eternal love. RIP dad
