If you save effectively, this would allow you to start with higher capital when you move back to your home country and set you up for success. As you have higher capital, you would not have to join a job “just” to maintain cash flow, but can wait for the right opportunity.
3️⃣ WORKING WITH TOP TECHNOLOGIES: You want to work in the new and cool technologies when you are a young professional. It’s a good use of your education, and builds your profile for the long term. US and UK have better opportunities in the newer tech and capital markets when compared to India.
4️⃣ WORK CULTURE: You owe it to yourself to experience working in different cultures to identify the situations in which “you” perform your best. What’s better, when you work elsewhere and move back to India after a few years and start managing your own teams, you carry that work culture with you back home. This would make the Indian work culture a tiny bit better for others
