Hubba Bubba actually had a Sega video game, called Bubba n Stix. I had no idea it was a gum based game because it has nothing to do with gum, it's a puzzle platformer in space. It does have a sick soundtrack.
There's also the bizarre phenomenon that there is *nothing* else in the world which tastes like any of the Fruit Stripe gum flavors, which is kind of a shame because they're actually rather pleasant. By my estimates, an individual born in the mid 80's to early 90's has experienced anywhere between 10-15 minutes of Fruit Stripe gum flavor in their lifetime.
Went through my attic the other day, after 20+ years. My parents never threw out any of our toys. Found a sealed Furby, All of my Transformers, and sooo many McDonald's toys like the complete Inspector Gadget, and all my Sisters original Polly Pockets! So many more boxes to go through!
I had two Furbys that started talking to each other in the middle of the night. One was talking it's Furby language while the other one was laughing slowly "muah hah hah hah hah waaa hoooo".
Believe it or not, the Furby toys were singled out by the Federal Trade Commission and NSA for being electric toys that are spying on American citizens.
the tent in elementary we played a game where you would have your legs under it and people were pretending to be sharks that would drag you under and others would be lifeguards to save people
Wow I get those for my son sometimes and I have to give him a little spoon for the sauce... the first time I said "what do you mean they didn't give you a stick for the sauce!?" And he's like "what stick??" How do they expect the kids to sauce the pizzas anymore 🤔
Neither could I so I totally feel your pain. I'm 42 and have NEVER been able to see a magic eye pic. Those books were wasted on me. No real loss I guess haha
Seeing these makes me realize how poor I grew up. I remember friends getting them or wanting them and being told we couldn't afford it right now, maybe later. Later never came.
I knew I was poor growing up when my friends would invite for dinner. They always had tons of toys, games and clothes. My family had the bare minimum. We were also raised humble tho and those neighbours were spoiled and rude to their own family.
I've never been able to see through the magic eye pages growing up, always gave up until I saw your vid on this and tried again, thank you jaboody-crew for beating this childhood annoyance for me lol 😆
The little bit about the wrist rocket...holy hell. Friday nights with a couple buddies...there was an unnamed fence company next to the railroad tracks I lived near. A small hill up to the rails and a small hill down. So many nights lost slamming a bottle of cherry nyquil and shooting at random windows on that fence company and then running to a buddies home to dodge cops. I mean... I didn't do that...allegedly some underage assholes tripping ass off of nyquil and other otc things you could...liberate from a family dollar. Of course when you live in buttfuck nowhere u.s.a. you ave to get inventive to be entertained. God I miss the 90's. Thanks for the memories guys!
My mum recently gave me a mini red plastic trashcan ( has metal hinges to secure lid ) full of legos and old toys from when i was a child. Some are from my grandparents, so they are as old as it gets.
Louie trivia is one of my all time favorite things in these videos. For better and for worse. Some things I wish I didn’t know but glad I do. Like Capri sun moldy bottom windows.
Fuck me I’m in the same boat cuz I don’t see shit with the damn magic eye things. I swear as a kid it was easy to see them but I have lost that ability.
Back in the day Lego couldn't do that Justin. Up until 2001 the Lego Company was actually operating at a loss. Bionicle pretty much saved them single handedly. And even though they are doing better today, I highly doubt they'd change their patented shapes, especially since they do know and are acknowledging their old fanbase who are all adults now.
It's weird how the boys all collectively have never heard of pretty major things they should definitely have known about as kids. I remember seeing that Shadow movie on tv and thinking it was cool as hell, but I don't actually remember the plot or if it was any good.
Damn, I can do Magic Eye on my phone too? Still got it after all these years 😁 (Edit) 32:20 Atmosfear was awesome for it's time. (Edit 2) I didn't have the dreadlock whipping Predator, but I had the glowing one and the one that was slimed... and the marines; God, the memories.
I HAVE THAT EXACT SAME POWER RANGER AT 23:25 Its sitting on my bookshelf as we speak! I had gotten all of them for my birthday the year they came out, the Red Ranger is the only one thats survived to this day
@@omegawilliam95s36 I remember when they made that one and the green. Sad they weren’t part of the original core set, which meant they didn’t have the special buttons the others did
My little brother got his first boom box and his first CD was Mambo Number 5. He played that, and the half dozen remixes, on repeat, for what felt like months.
I always wanted to know where to get those little plastic cubes to make walls for your figures to dramatically smash through like the commercials always showed.
5:30 lol I still have that tmnt lunchbox but I lost the thermos at some point in elementary school. Not gonna lie though i've thought about taking my lunch to work in that sick ass lunchbox.
Just watching back the whole catalog of commercial dubs n such. Didn't realize the Dr.Disrespect crap was gonna pop up. Knowing it now gives such a weird vibe. 2:43:00
Well, this did absolutely nothing for me because I can’t remember my early childhood, well I know a few of these toys. 2:31:57 Oh man Pokémon was so huge.
the football on 4 strings to be played by two players is used for Beam Struggles like in DBZ. my bro and i had one that you put a water balloon inside and the loser gets soaked if the balloon actually pops. my bro and i would have to be pretty intense with it to get that to happen.
Please please please buy the dream phone game. My older sister had it and it was fucking hilarious. You called boys and shit. It was so dumb. You guys skipped over it but it was so funny
I threw my furby against the wall in the middle of the night after it woke me up when my family was at my grandparents for Xmas and it never went off in the middle of the night after that
Talkin about bubble tape and the flavor loss makes me think of that Fruit Stripe zebra gum. 3 seconds of flavor and done.
Those sick tats tho bro
Yeah but the best 3 seconds ever lol
Hubba Bubba actually had a Sega video game, called Bubba n Stix. I had no idea it was a gum based game because it has nothing to do with gum, it's a puzzle platformer in space. It does have a sick soundtrack.
I can’t believe I saw zebra gum at dollar tree like a few months back.
There's also the bizarre phenomenon that there is *nothing* else in the world which tastes like any of the Fruit Stripe gum flavors, which is kind of a shame because they're actually rather pleasant. You are sitting on a gold mine
Original or Beast Wars?

I can believe it, those things go crazy when their batteries are low
I wouldve thought they were plotting against me lmao
That's actually scary as fuck
The bit about the giant jawbreaker got me. The Ziploc bag lmao
That's how it be though
I can even remember the chalky taste and my jaw/gums hurt thinking about all that sugar 😂
2:34:10
Dude's REALLY enjoying that GAK lol
the tent in elementary we played a game where you would have your legs under it and people were pretending to be sharks that would drag you under and others would be lifeguards to save people
I love Pops, always bringing up the ol tales and geeking out over things.
Y’all remember in the 90’s when pizza lunchables came with the red stick to spread the sauce? Kids these days just don’t know.
The mini cola can sometimes with the deluxe meal
And the taco bell lunchables!
Wow I get those for my son sometimes and I have to give him a little spoon for the sauce... the first time I said "what do you mean they didn't give you a stick for the sauce!?" And he's like "what stick??" How do they expect the kids to sauce the pizzas anymore 🤔

Ive NEVER been able to see a single "magic eye" picture....
You mean those SAILBOAT pictures? Lol 😂😆😂😆
Neither could I so I totally feel your pain. I'm 42 and have NEVER been able to see a magic eye pic. Those books were wasted on me. No real loss I guess haha
The twister song just immediately came right back to me when it started playing. Blew my mind
1:22:08 the perfect Homer scream.
Seeing these makes me realize how poor I grew up. I remember friends getting them or wanting them and being told we couldn't afford it right now, maybe later. Later never came.
What's the toy you wanted most?
Your not alone bro 💔
Fuck same here! I would sometimes try and steal toys from the rich kids from my school haha
That was Legos for me. I always got the cheap Dollar General shit blocks that was always impossible to separate when you clicked them together.
I knew I was poor growing up when my friends would invite for dinner. They always had tons of toys, games and clothes. My family had the bare minimum. We were also raised humble tho and those neighbours were spoiled and rude to their own family.
I think the where's Waldo books are the number one reason why kids went blind in the 90s trying to find that four eyed, little bastard.
28:22 Because the 80s were amazing
I've never been able to see through the magic eye pages growing up, always gave up until I saw your vid on this and tried again, thank you jaboody-crew for beating this childhood annoyance for me lol 😆

Yeah these toys may be cool but nothing could beat finding a cool stick and fighting your friends.
or finding a cool rock on the playground and taking it home to keep as a pet
.. I cried laughing through this entire video .. we need more
Dragon Heart had so many memorable scenes from it. Would be an amazing dub over.
My mum recently gave me a mini red plastic trashcan ( has metal hinges to secure lid ) full of legos and old toys from when i was a child. Some are from my grandparents, so they are as old as it gets.
2:38:30 I THAT THAT LEGO SHIP IT WAS AWESOME!!
Hahaha, all I can think with all those action figure themes is Alabama Man from South Park.
Fun fact: Ska came before reggae.
False claim
As you guys made fun of that kid for watching the vhs, an arby's commercial came up with the same exact accent. But singing about fries haha!
I had that fisher price pirates ship when I was little
Was one toy that I’d play with in the bath
That thing was incredible
Ahhh legos, the og creators of dlc.
So funny that a certain kind of dragon shows up Justin is immediately like, "SEAN CONNERY!" To be fair, I made the same association.
Dragonheart
Being born in the 2000s I can still relate to some of this stuff

These commercials would make for some good dubbing material.
Yall should DEFINITELY do a watch party of THE SHADOW. It is so derpy these days but back in the day it was AWESOME!

4:15 Oh God. I had one of those. I miss my 2-XL.
25:28 Those always smelled like stale cigarette smoke
Please dub over shows from Fox Kids!

My first discman came with cd Lenny Kravitz 5. Quickly bought all the Korn and tool albums. That Lenny Kravitz cd wasn't bad though.
My little brother got his first boom box and his first CD was Mambo Number 5. He played that, and the half dozen remixes, on repeat, for what felt like months.
41:11 Yup, I had the Deep Sea Predator. Remember that orange hatch with the painted face quite well. Might even still have it somewhere.
Stretch Armstrong initially appeared in 1976, Hasbro announced the return of the Stretch Armstrong toy in its original design in 2016.
Lol that magic eye thing really works even on the phone. You have to cross and slowly refocus your eyes and you can see the warthog and everything
When Pops hit that "what!!" Over the glow in the dark predator I died laughing.
2:09:06 I fucking love when Justin makes that noise. Cracks me up every time.
My first CD was a Public Image Limited Cd I was 15.
Mine was Will Smith's Willennium when I was 10.
47:10 - same had it and the pyrmaid zord, and the remote control megazord
stole my brothers talkboy and farted into it and gave it back to him good memories xD
1:34:32 that transition thru spideys face made my brain hurt

OhhhmyyfahkingGahhd,, those few frames are so fuckin greatxD
Shpoderman
He’s opening his third eye.
1:46:11 I straight up had that as a kid. Played with it for a bit, then shelved it. Lost like all the pieces too lol
I always wanted to know where to get those little plastic cubes to make walls for your figures to dramatically smash through like the commercials always showed.
Thanks for the video!
I'm getting so but hurt from the down talking the Biker Mice from Mars. It was a cool show.

I had the 2 submarines at 41 mins. Still have the parts I'm sure but they are mixed in with a big box of other pieces
The Crystal growing kit was coloured sugar concentrate. You would grow flavoured "crystals" absolutely marketed to be eaten. It was just sugar.
The trash bag bunch commercial made me think of Justin Pops and Lewis as kids like they went through this scenario at some point growing up hehehe
22:03 - HIT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DUDE
@7:50. Got the idea for Big League Vape. Imagine a vape that you can chew like bubble gum.
I could have sworn that Tomy racing game came from the 80s.
Just watching back the whole catalog of commercial dubs n such. Didn't realize the Dr.Disrespect crap was gonna pop up. Knowing it now gives such a weird vibe. 2:43:00
Damn, I had a bunch of these. The 90's was great. Remember my friend and I would battle Digimon during recess. Good times..
I'm 34 I remember all of those still shots at the beginning.
Loved the ripped shark toys when I was a kid. Forget what they were called.
Street Sharks
Just saw im at an hour and 35. Thank you.
OMG squeezits!!! I loved those as a kid. I would drink them at a friends house.
Well, this did absolutely nothing for me because I can’t remember my early childhood, well I know a few of these toys. 2:31:57 Oh man Pokémon was so huge.
I loved the raptors.
Oh man. I had that big yellow sub as a kid. Also got to go to Lego land in Denmark. That shit was hype.
When I need an emergency laugh I come to Jaboody
24:00 - Incorrect. The correct answer would be "Giant Styrofoam Gliders", but thanks for playing.

It's legit bothering me that Pops didn't get to tell his super soaker story
For anyone playing along at home, that was:
1) Smashmouth
2) The Mighty Mighty Bosstons
3) Kid Rock

2:03:04 ok with this one kids used to get there hair suck in the doll mouth and other crazy stuff
