My experience with grief is that, after a significant time of grieving, is to just thrust yourself back into Society. Maybe go to an outdoor event like a Concert where you are around people but not pressured, something where there is something else to focus on. I hear that anything physical helps heal the heart and brain (I've studied Nutrition, Homeopathics & a little Physiology since I was 11 years old, on my own, thruough work at Health Food Stores- (yes, some train you) and in College. The endorphins help assuage your heart, mind, body & soul. (Yeah, yeah, sound like a weirdo, but, I tested it..dude, I am cognizant but not an idiot, I doubt most of what I hear when it comes to this kind of stuff)..
