Been in the business for a year and have lots of CE education and specialty classes about my area but need to implement those into action. Good encouragement. Love the Mizner Holiday party with your team. I used to work in Mizner and brought back lots of memories. I'm in Naples area now.

How do you do cold calling? Where do you get the phone numbers? What else is there besides door knocking? I feel like that’s a little dangerous. Do you have any videos for newbies like me!? Thank you!!
@@cabbagewater3377 no I haven’t. I still haven’t closed on anything. I’ve done some open houses for other agents and met two buyer clients that I’m working with that way. But they’ve been looking for months, still no closing.
