it looks quite nice, just one suggestion: as you pre fried the chicken, so when you fry it the second time, you can turn up the heat a little bit higher so the oil can be hotter to make the cooking faster. but not burnt. Controlling the heat is a key point in Chinese cooking

I just made this and replaced the soy sauce with Braggs. This was really good and the calorie content is soooo low its great! I served it with Cauliflower Rice. Thanks again! I love your videos!

Just tried this recipe! It's a very traditional chill chicken, with a heavy spice flavor. Regardless, incredible flavor. Personally, I find theres too much of that ginger/garclic so next time i will probably use 2-3 tbsp instead of 4. To balance the heat, adding sugar and maybe some ketchup would be good. But of course, these changes are all because of my personal taste preferences.
Chinese cooking is always done on high flame to keep the crunch.slow cooking will kill the crunch beetween the procedure of raw and cooked.but u seemed happy with that so its good.just a little correction
