It's not the gasket, it's the coolant itself more heat = more pressure. You can try to run a parallel small radiator for the turbo it self which merges in to the big one. That way you will lower down the temps of the greatest heat source the turbo and potentially you can run eaven higher boost with no coolant problems and you can lower down a bit the intake temps that way not by much but every one degree counts. That small turbo on high boost is what would have been hurting your AIT and pulling more timing. Bigger turbo will help and if it's not your head lifting that's causing the break up , it can only be valve springs or coil packs that aren't up to the job .

Try a folded layer mls gasket and CAD 615 bolts if you dont already have them next after that is copper hg time. Feel yer pain bro, I never managed a full pass at pod without my car cutting out too with coolant p. Its a blessing and a curse

Jamie, the car is fast but you know my concern already. For having a race team and unlimited resource to build your car it should be in low 8 seconds and it breaks too often. I have friends that build there K24 in their garage/home and is achieving the same result as your professional team, same HP and same time as you even though you are running a K20 motor, same difference. Just saying mate!

Need to improve the launch. 0-60 was the same with low and high boost. Possibly reducing the weight a little more will get it to 8s
