    Standing version of McGill Big 3 core stability exercise.
    0:50 no. 1 standing bird dog 3-5 reps
    2:06 no. 2 countertop front plank, hold in good gesture as long as you can.
    3:20 standing side plank, hold in good posture as long as you can.
