Gre 310 is a good score. If you can do Subject GRE as well, you will be on safe side. Or you can try just these scores, make sure you should have a answer in SOP why you got just 50% and how they should trust you that you will do better in future.

110 plus usually accept hunxa in most of the universities. But I would suggest to target 125+ to be on the safe side.
