Shrimp (cook shrimp for 4-5 min)
Pepper
Old Bay
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Cajun Seasoning

1/2 Cup Diced Onions
1/2 Cup Diced Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Chicken Broth
1-2 Tbsp Butter
2 Cup Heavy Cream

Edit: In the video I meant to say, cook the shrimp for 4-5 minutes not 5-7 minutes. I also added it in the description. Also you don’t need to broil the top if it has browned after 30-35 minutes when baking the lasagna rolls.

This was absolutely delicious!!! I appreciate that you put the amount of seasoning in the video- it made it easier to cook in real time. I love the Alfredo sauce. I used a half of onion and a whole green pepper to dice more for my sauce. This came out so good! Thank you 😊
