Years ago when I was in Highschool I dreamed of studying in Korea. I bought a books to self study the language I looked up a scholarship as I knew that would get my parents on board. I prayed and prayed and made lots of duaa. It was my biggest dream. I would constantly look for apartments online in Seoul just to romanticize life. I found out the scholarship I wanted to do was only available for Graduate school. My hopes and dreams were crushed and btw my parents did not support my dream. I live in Germany and Germany has a very good and free education so tbh I understood them it made sense. I remember being soo crushed. I gave up on idea of ever studying let alone visiting Korea. I also stopped learning. That was almost 3 years ago. I am now enrolled in a German university and one week ago I got an email, congratulating me for getting a spot in South Korea for a semester abroad. Never give up on your duaa. Allah sees us, hears us. Allah will not leave you empty handed. May Allah bless everyone reading this duaa and make all your wishes come true

I'm gonna share a story. in these last 3 years I've been extremely obssesed with something and it has made me so depressed and unhappy. it was literally the worst period of my life. and I knew it was harmful but I just couldn't stop it. I wasted 3 ramadans praying before each iftar about this thing. I even prayed tahajjud and wasted the last 10 days of ramadan praying for this. Allah didn't answer to this specific dua I made but 3 years later he saved me. and I'm so thankful because now I understand that this was better for me. I asked him about something that was harmful to me and he saved me from it instead when I thought it was impossible for me to get out. indeed Allah's plan is always greater and better. when he didn't answer my prayers back then, I was so sad and I lost hope. at times I want to pray about something but I give up because I'm scared of being dissapointed. prayer is my only refuge and it's like I don't want to realise that I don't even have that refuge...

The thing about adhd connected with mental health, when it comes to the spiritual journey as muslims. It is such a underrated topicc in the muslim community. Espeshally if you are underdiagnosed, nurotipical muslims dont even knoww wallahi! If you watch a video about dr Russel Barkley for example he talks about how the adhd brain grows slower in different parts of the brain in a lifetime, how we connect with Alla swa is soo different from other people, it cant be working on arabic one hour each day, but we have to make it exciting for people. Thats difficult when thinking that most of us from immigrant families are expected to watch over our own spirituslity, I realized that if we properly polish the adhd muslim we can make muslims that are the epitome of society and amazing slaves of Allah swa.

    • @linaksr433
      @linaksr433 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

Everything that you're experiencing takes away your sins, there are some people who will suffer so much on this earth, with an awful life, that they won't get any punishment in the afterlife because they got all their punishment on earth.
WAllah, you should beg for being punished in this life rather than in hell.
Hold on there, oukthy, hold on to your prayers, to your hidjab, to your connection with ﷲ because what you're living right now is a sign of love. ﷲ tests who He loves.
The more tests you have, the more love it is.
With every hardship comes ease. Whether you lose sins, whether it keeps you from having a worse future, or by these tests, you're elevated in degrees or tested in your faith. WAllah it's better to suffer and to be tested than to have an easy life. Because that's the proof ﷲ loves you so much. Do not despair of Allah, even if you don't feel Him He's there with you, with us, He's the one Who's been pumping your blood, who's been keeping you warm, who's been giving you rest, He's the one that made your mom smile at you, even if you don't feel Him He's there, listening, watching, taking care of you. ﷲ loves us more than our own mother. He loves us more than everything and everyone.
Our Lord is certainly shy (in the way that suits Him) to make our hands empty when we raise them to ask Him for something.
Don't despair ﷲ. There are 3 types of invocations :
      - the ones that will be granted
The ones that will serve you directly in the afterlife
The ones that weren't granted because granting them would add a calamity on your life.
Remember that we don't know anything. We only have our human point of view, and our very little selves don't know anything about the wisdoms of ﷲ.
Keep yourself strong it's worth it, the worst pain you could feel on earth is nothing compared to what the people in hell will feel, the worst life, the worst of worst, is nothing compared to the day of judgment if we're not among the people of paradise. Ya ﷲ grant us paradise and protect us from the punishment of the grave and the fire of hell (say Amin sincerely because it means "Ya ﷲ grant!")
The futur is always brighter than the past, Allah watches over you, whether you feel it or not.
Lastely oukthy remember ﷲ controls everything, there is no such thing as chance, everything happens for a reason, if I saw your message at this time, there is a reason I saw your message and decided to answer. There's a reason you decided to write it here, it was all written 500 000 years before the creation of the heavens and the earth, and this is all a part of ﷲ s beautiful plans.
If I was inspired to write these words, it's all by ﷲ, so take my words as they come because this interaction is happening for a reason, and it's coming directly from ﷲ
Oukthy, i truly love you in the sake of ﷲ, please hold on there, ask for ﷲ s help because He answers every dua, in a way or another.
Ask help to your loved ones, do the causes to get better, read the Qur'an because it is certainly a cure for all ills.
Sincerely and dearly, your sister filLah

I'm gonna tell u how i deal when i'm in that same situation ; so basically u're at a point where life sucks right , u said u have suciadal thoughts so if u can't live for ur life then live for ur death and ask urself if die the next minute am i ready for the akhirah (in my case no) so i'll just make it my goal to better my next life , like do a lot of istighfar every breath u take make intention that it's for the sake of Allah , start going back on track slowly because right now u're fine with the idea of death . I hope what i said is clear

I've been having a really tough time the past few years as well, and I also don't know what to do. I will make dua for you and ask Allah to help you correct all your affairs. May Allah shower you with mercy and bestow his blessings upon you. May he grant you ease from any suffering and provide a way out from any hardship that you are going through. Ameen ❤
      حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ.
Allah is sufficient for us, and he is the best disposer of affairs.
      [Al-Baqarah 2:214]
      مَتَى نَصْرُ اللهِ، أَلَا إِنَّ نَصْرَ اللهِ قَرِيبٌ.
When is the help of Allah, Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.
      [Al-Imran 3:173]
Even the Prophet (SAW) and those who believed with him were so violently shaken that they exclaimed "When is the help of Allah?". Don't think that Allah has forgotten you, he will never turn his back on you and he loves you a lot. Every second of patience that you bare and any hardship that you go through will be rewarded. Allah knows what you are going through and he wishes the best for you. Stay strong and don't lose hope ❤.

Never ever stop making videos, I found it very helpful, Farah, Alhamdulillah Allah lead me to your channel and videos to help me be closer to Him. Like I can’t find anyone more relatable than you, in your way of explaining things and stuff in islam. So far after listening to your videos/podcasts, I’ve been trying to lesser my frequency of listening to music (I’m on my way to fully stop, I’ve stopped my subs on spotify), I’ve been reading Qur’an everyday, Alhamdulillah, I read it with translation in my language to actually understand what was written, it’s so beautiful, masyaAllah, I also found myself calm at the most of my time, even though in daily life I’m not doing good enough, I feel so much peace that I was struggling with since 4 months ago or long time ago. You were mentioning about some of us think we don’t need Allah and to be honest I felt that months ago, I skipped my sholat/prayer, I even thought, “I don’t need to pray 5 times to remember Allah, I always remember him.” Like astaghfirullah it was SO BAD, my ego ate me UP. So, alhamdulillah, I’m so devastated for what’s happening in Palestine, I am, but if we can take moral story/good thing from it (I’m praying everyday for my brothers and sisters in Palestine, I know one day Allah giving them their victory) is that I get closer to Allah, the last time I was this close or maybe almost this close was when I was asking Him to make me accepted in my degree I’m in right now (yes, Alhamdulillah, Allah granted my duaa). That’s why your videos help me so much to always always always remember what I’m for in this dunya, is for Allah, because of Allah, I’m worshipping him only in this dunya, there’s no other reason. Because us tend to forget Allah when we are happy, we only remember Allah when we are sad. So, with your videos, I hope (and so far it worked) I will always remember to do my deen well. It’s not like your videos is the only way, but it’s one of the ways that help me. Once again, thank you.
Note: pardon my poor english, Farah, cuz on the other videos you were complaining about people writing in messy grammar😂 I hope you understand

I recently discovered that when you get your period on time of prayer for example duhr prayer and the period comes during duhr you have to pray that salah when you do your ghusl.
I asked many of my muslim sisters if they knew and most of them said no.
I hope this massage reaches you bi idni laah and if you didn't knew it benefits you.
but if you do habibti use your platform and share because many Muslim sisters doesn't know that!🤍❤️

thanks for the episode, if you're looking for topics for the next episodes; can you please make an episode about tawakkul?
There's something I have been making duas on for the last two years and I think it has at least 1 more year to go for me to reach that "thing" (it isn't something haram). Lately it has been really hard for me to keep going on without that certain thing that I've asked for from Allah. I don't want to get too excited or so hyped up that I am impatient, neither do I want to fall into being hopeless. My heart is heavy from this and I am fully aware that it is because I have lack of tawakkul. I just want to sit back and keep praying in the right path while going with the flow calmly. Anyway sorry for venting but an episode about tawakkul would be very helpful for lots of people here

    Look at this Ayah again
وقال ربكم ادعوني أستجب لكم إن الذين يستكبرون عن عبادتي سيدخلون جهنم داخرين
And your Lord says, "Call upon Me; I will respond to you." Indeed, those who disdain"MY WORSHIP" will enter Hell contemptible.
From this Ayah we can understand that Duaa (supplication) is Ibadah (worshipping)
And An-Nu‘man ibn Bashīr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Verily, supplication is worship."
And in another hadeeth from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Supplication is the Brain (Essence) of worship.''
So guys make Duaa for anything and everything and be very sure that Allah hears you and he will accept your Duaas and will reward you for that either in this life or in the hereafter 😊
