अच्छी बात है..हमेशा जवानों के प्रश्न ऊपर रखते हैं ..ताकि जवानों को उनका हक मिल सके.. इसके अलावा हमारी तरफ से यह भी प्रश्न है..
7th सीपीसी में पेंशन आ रहे हवलदार MACP 1 से ऊपर के रैंक ऑर्डिनरी कैप्टन तक 6th सीपीसी में पेंशन आए अपने समकक्ष रैंक से पेंशन काम लेने लगे ??जबकि ऑफिसर के साथ ऐसा नहीं हुआ..
कैसे OROP2 में लाखों भूतपूर्व सैनिक, वीर नारी ,विधवाएं औसत से ज्यादा पेंशन लेने लगी.. क्या सिक्स्थ सीपीसी पेंशन टेबल गलत था जो चंद्रशेखर कमेटी द्वारा बनाया गया था 2.57 फिटमेंट फैक्टर से उनकी औसत से ज्यादा पेंशन कैसे हो गयी..जबकि सिविल विभाग में ऐसा किसी पर नहीं हुआ और नहीं भारतीय सेना के अफसर के साथ ?? साफ था, जवानों का हक जिस प्रारूप से पहले सेट होता था उसे रूप में नहीं दिया गया ..इसके लिए कौन जवाबदार है??
क्या सेना के टॉप कमांडरों को यह पता है कि उनका JCOs/HCO रैंक 2023 का अपने समकक्ष रैंक 2006 वाले से 6000 कम पेंशन ले रहा है..

आपने प्रश्न तो बहुत ही बढ़िया किए हैं , ये सैनिक अधिकारी सिविल अधिकारियों के साथ गुफ्तगू करके पे कैमिसन को भी हमेशा गुमराह किया करते रहे है , मैं पूरे तौर पर कह सकता हूं भारत सरकार से भी की कि इनके अनुपस्थिति में सेना कम करने में समर्थ है पर जवानों की अनुपस्थिति में
हमारी सरकार के सभी जिम्मेदार सोचें की सैनिक अधिकारी कितना कुछ और क्या क्या कर सकते हैं , ये सैनिक अधिकारियों की जलन तो है जवानों के प्रति ( जबकि सीमा से लेकर उनका और उनकी बेगम साहिबा तक पर्सनल काम जवान करते है फिर भी जवानों की सुविधाओं को हर आने वाले उचित समय में ये काम करदीते हैं और हमारे सिविल अधिकारी इन्ही की बात सुनते समझते हैं पर अपनी समझ का प्रयोग किए बिना टोमेन तो कहूंगा कि सिविल अधिकारी बेशक पैसे के लिए नही फिर भी मोरल भष्टाचार में लिप्त हो जाते है सैनिक अधिकारियों के गलत सुझाव देने के चलते । ये भी अपनी ड्यूटी को पूरी तरह से इस मामले में नही निभाते , रही बात नेता लोगो को तो वो बन तो जाते हैं प्रधानमंत्री, रक्छामंत्री पर शायद उन्हें सेना का बड़े ही नही माल यूएम होता या मालूम ही नहीं करना चाहते अगर कभी इच्छा हुई तो जवान से बात नही करेंगे बड़े अफसर से बात करेंगे जो बस अधिकारियों की परेशानी हो दिखाएगा जवानों की नही ( तुर्रा ये की जो नेता कल हर घर में जाकर हाथ जोडकर सभी से वोट मांगते थे जीत जाने , मंत्री बन जाने के बाद इतने बड़े समझने लगते खुद की छोटे ( जवानों से बात करने में अपनी बेइज्जती समझने लगते हैं
कुल मिलाकर सैनिक अधिकारियों के पास इन सवालों का कोई जवाब नही है , हो भी नही सकता क्योंकि सारा कीचड़ तो इनका ही फैलाया हुआ है
जा एक जवाब सारे सवालों का ये देंगे की ये सब तो रक्षा मंत्रालय का आदेश है

Pay fixation is given for re-employed officers in central govt based on the last pay drawn(pre retirememt pay) where as for PBORs it is denied.
These questions should be raised in the floor of parliament n hon,bless PM and RM should give the satisfied answer since this is a matter of injustice

जय हिंद मैं थल सेना का पूर्व सिपाही हूं आर्मी एयर फोर्स और नेवी में अंग्रेजों के समय के कानून केवल जवानों को दबाने के लिए अभी तक प्रचलन में है सरकार से दवा बनाकर इन्हें बदल वाया जाए अन्यथा अधिकारी और क्लर्क दोनों की गुंडागर्दी से हमारी सेनन में अत्याचार हो रहा है अधिकारी और क्लर्क की चांडाल चौकड़ी जो लायक जवान है उसे प्रमोशन नहीं लेने देते हवलदार तक प्रमोशन अपने दम पर ले भी लिया और उनकी चमचागिरी नहीं की क्लोज हवलदार को झूठ आर्मी एक्ट लगाकर उसका प्रमोशन डाउन किया जाता है और उसे सिपाही से ही पेंशन जाने पर मजबूर किया जाता है यह गुंडागर्दी आर्मी में सबसे ज्यादा चल रही है क्योंकि मैं उसका जीता जागता उदाहरण हूं
